By just flattening out the rear end of a snake and then tesselating a bunch of copies together to form the scalp. The snake wiggles around a bit and the flattened tail bit wiggles as well, so the 'scalp' pulsates.

This is exactly the sort of thing you'd do just to show a proof of concept before you cleaned/rigged the final model, and that 'animation' is probably just the bones being jiggled around by Unity rather than an actual proper animation as if he sent the half-finished model to YD for feedback and YD just ran with it without paying him. It's especially apparent given the snakes are stretched taut in a form that'd be analogous to a T-pose for a human model.

I'm not sure if it's for Yandere-chan, maybe it's named 'Yandere' because of 'Yandere Simulator'.

I'm just guessing that he named it that because at the moment, it's the only confession material he has. And who knows, he could apply these to all the rivals.

Yeah, again, just have a one-on-one talk where he painstakingly writes multi-paragraph screeds where he cherry picks his words, ignores all real questions, brushes off and downplays legitimate critiques as claptrap from "edgy shitposting teenagers" and says he's right and everyone else is wrong.
