Yandere Dev only removed the music and change the design of the blasters. The actual Sans easter egg is still in, as well as the hamfisted dialogue references.
(His comment about it on Reddit, because on top of responding to e-mails he also seeks out and replies to even trivial posts on the subreddit like "will debug commands be in the final game because they're op plz nerf")

EDIT: Of course, his solution to "don't use a song from my copyrighted video game" is to use a song from another game he probably didn't ask for permission for either.

Sorry about the double post but check out the picture they used to show off some official t-shirt.

This poor girl looks so uncomfortable.

Jesus Christ, I can just feel how uncomfortable she is. And it doesn't look like she's wearing pants...

Introdution post.
"Mike Z" - or: I was an asshole but I swear I've changed
I like how he admits that he didn't delete the pictures that he supposedly got unsolicited from some girl on the Internet until after he heard that she was underage, and how he feels the need to insist that she didn't look to be under eighteen. It makes it clear that those pictures were probably put to good use by him.

Is this game free right now or does one have to pay to play the beta (and where can one get it)
The download link which most people knew about is a debug sandbox build and not even close to the full game. The dev mentioned that once he finished developing the free parts of the game he would create a Kickstarter for the game for programming stuff which is difficult to program for free afaik.

Once it's done he would submit the game to Steam Greenlight. I don't think he had stated the price but I think it could be $20 (A big if) if it's released.

On another note, I wonder why Eva has to program easter eggs for the game if they're not going to be implemented in the full game in the first place.

EDIT: Forgot this bit from one of his videos. He's going to stream Dark Souls 3:

If it's anything like his other streaming videos, I can only imagine that nothing good will come out of it.

Why are you streaming a game instead of working, you lazy bum?
I will only stream on two occasions:

1) On days when a new game comes out and I absolutely MUST play it for at least one full day.

2) On days when I have worked on Yandere Sim for at least 8 hours, and still have some spare time left over.

Well, that's his excuse, guys.

8 hours? Oh me oh my, I take back everything I said about this brave and courageous man who is clearly not lying. Oh I feel just so gosh darn awful. Now my math skills are pretty bad but if he worked on this game for 8 hour once a week at minimum it should be finished WAY before 2019.

It definitely should be. But it's totally the e-mails causing this!

Has he ever considered NOT looking through his e-mails, since he's clearly expressed that he's not looking for any volunteers or taking questions? He has a forum he can use for bug reports and fan art. Though that would mean he'd have to find a new scapegoat and can't whine "woe is me" until he finds it.

If I recall correctly he's alright with volunteers as long as they are good. He even said in his 20 minute video that the volunteers played a huge part in his game development even though they could be obstacles for him. He even stated that he sent the volunteers e-mails for his requirements for some of the volunteering work and he said he had strict requirements.

Ah right. I almost completely forgot.
I know they're volunteers, but is anyone on this team getting compensated for their time? Especially if he's expecting professional-level work?
