Something that always rubbed me the wrong way about his e-mail issue stubbornness is that he explicitly responds to every single e-mail no matter how unnecessary. When people ask dumb questions or questions that are answered on the FAQ, be it through his e-mail, patreon, or the game's subreddit, he always takes the time to sit down and write out a response to the question. And I don't even think it's a copy+paste or a "Go check the FAQ" response, either. Everytime I've seen him answer a bad question in public, it's never been a canned reply. He complains that so much of his time is preoccupied by answering e-mails, but it's his fault entirely for putting so much effort into them.
However, his insistence on not getting bug reports related to easter eggs says that either he will remove them or he'll leave them in broken.
Even so, I imagine many of them may need to be removed anyway (One Punch Man, Cirno, Captain Falcon, etc.) so it's still a wasted effort unless they're changed to be lawyer-friendly.
IIRC he said that the easter eggs (at least some of them) would be in the final game, but you'd have to unlock them. Like, for a Magical Girl easter egg you'd have to find a hidden Magical Girl manga and then you'd unlock the easter egg after reading it.On another note, I wonder why Eva has to program easter eggs for the game if they're not going to be implemented in the full game in the first place.
