Judging from the videos I've seen on the game, quite a bit. Though I'm reckoning a decent chunk of them are spam from fantards and haters, or people trying to give the guy suggestions.

But still, gotta keep the blocking and 8-hour work weeks up to date, can't have the game released sooner, you know.

I've found out about yanderedev a while ago I've been on his last livestream and thought "oh well he's nice has a funny laugh and plus he answers questions AND has a cool sense of humor" oh boy i've never been this disappointed
I went on gaia and looked at his posts and I've read the whole topic : clearly this guy just needs a fedora and MLP posters and the whole "nice guys" starter pack will be complete

I actually wanted to give him a few bucks once his kickstarter launch but now knowing all of this I won't, I just hope he kinda changed and have grown up since but again everytime I read something about him, it just goes down and down again.

He has heard EVERY SINGLE POSSIBLE SOLUTION to his e-mail issue, so he REALLY doesn't need your suggestion.

Also, the real reason is probably that he doesn't want to sift through the report's infinite string of if/else statements just to find the error, he'd rather do guesswork based on a rough description of the bug so he can create more bugs after 'fixing' it.

Just thought I'd drop by and say a few things. I searched a suggestion on Youtube called "yandere dev face" and came across many things from his past. Including this page which he was livestreaming Dark Souls 3, I believe. http://evaxephon.com/stream/ It was not all that long ago he did. It really begs the question if he's so busy why in the hell is he streaming a game he has NO time for. I did watch his Dark Souls 3 livestream via Twitch, but he wasn't streaming through that on his website. It was ustream. Not because his past or his creepy nature but because of his seemingly lack of creating this game. I had NO IDEA he was just using models off of a Unity store. I genuinely thought he made it all himself. Now I understand why there are things like High School Simulator or whatever else on the app store. I'm the one who said that they were ripping his design off and he expressed wishing to take it down during his Twitch livestream. I don't know how I feel about this now. I've been following this for about 1 year and a half. My respect for this guy has dropped. A shame, honestly.

Personally, I wouldn't have minded that he used them from a unity store provided he wasn't acting like he was such a great game developer or being dodgy about where he got them. If he was more honest, I'd be more understanding (on this at least); again, some people just can't make models, and great games have been made with RPG Maker.

As it stands, with this attitude in addition to wanting money for the "hard work" he's put into it (which is to say others' hard work, for free even), I personally wouldn't cut him any slack for it.

For some reason I was always under the impression that in the "final game" these models would be replaced with more polished, original ones with a better style (considering how much money, and how many volunteers he gets.) Really does seem like he's just going to keep these generic ones as they are, though.. The succubus girls are especially disappointing, he couldn't even pay someone to model some hair and add lipstick to his generic unity model?

I really don't know if he's just lazy or greedy. Is he even commissioning anyone?

Speaking of models, this video features his original character design. Surprise surprise, she looks a lot like 2edgy4me Luna. The design he has now looks hundreds of times better and has already become the face for the game. But of course, it's not like he knows anything about appealing to other people besides himself.

Sorta, if by commission you mean "the possibility of maybe getting paid one day for doing his work for him." It all depends on the kickstarter or something like that. He has money to throw around on these models but not to pay these people for their work apparently.

He's a super talented animator, everyone.

The only thing that's officially been commissioned is more hairstyles for the same 2 models he uses. I assume he won't hire people because he's such a control freak over this project. I mean, I understand that when you create something you see it as your baby and you don't want to let other people ruin it, but goddamn son, that's just how it's gotta be if you're going to work as a TEAM.
