:powerlevel:When I was looking for studio apartments in LA, they ran about $1500-$2000 dollars a month (including most utilities) for the pet-friendly reasonably nice ones with complex pools and such. Then again, going from a million dollar house to a one-room apartment, no matter how nice it is, must be the worst in his eyes.

He's making $5000+ a month so there is really no reason for him to be living at home besides his mom cooking his food for him.
