Wait a minute, if the school is owned by the Saikou family, who supposedly run the biggest tech company in the world, wouldn't the school be more tech-savvy? Why wouldn't it be one of those STEM schools with smart boards and laptops? I don't know much about Japan and Japanese schools, but common sense makes me expect it to be a STEM school that prepares students to work for the tech company, that the owner of the school happens to also own. Why isn't there a robotics team at this school?
Also, I'd expect the school to be strict on grades to the point that failing would get you kicked out, strict on uniform policy, banning the usage of cell phones, and hiring staff with a clean record. A school like that wouldn't allow the delinquents there, the bullies wouldn't be allowed either (I could see Musume there, considering how much money her dad has, and if her dad, say, donated money to the school, I could see her getting away with things other students wouldn't) unless the staff is somehow blissfully unaware of it, and a group of girls wouldn't be permitted to go around pepper spraying people.
Then, I remember it's Alex who wrote this game, and everything he writes has as many holes in it as Swiss cheese. I just got to say, if he happens to read this message that he should know that he will NEVER get a big titty goth gf (or a gf for that matter).

Technically there is, it's what the Science Club specializes in as Alex states in this video. But it's only a single club, and not really filling the entire school with high-tech electronics and stuff.

That's so fucking lazy and dumb, but it's Alex... Calling it the "Science Club" is such a broad term, because schools usually have multiple clubs that fall under the science umbrella. Imagine how chaotic that'd be if it was an actual school, and someone wants to go to an environmental club, well that's just the science club, where they also have the robotics team, the astronomy club, the chemistry club, the biology club, and the physics club, all combined into one club! Does he not understand how many subsections science has? (The "Science Club" is what they'd call it in elementary or middle school, since students are still just learning the very basics of science.) Maybe, this is me being petty, but it takes like five minutes to go in and change the name from the Science Club to the Robotics Club to avoid confusion.
Also, I just remembered that if this were to be one of those high-tech, "prestigious" schools, math should be a huge focus at the school, but then I remembered math isn't even a school subject in Yan-sim. Even the game, Bully, has math.

The first problem: Alex copies and keeps adding everything that he likes or its popular, school owned by the saikou family with a corrupt council, he clearly copy and added that idea from an anime Kakegurui when it was issued, as someone did post here that his game has Kakegurui references. Kakegurui school was like a 5 star hotel and the story revolved around bets
Consequences: (1) a mess of a story, (2) redoing or finding new models, (3) removing models,(4) new mechanics to implement because the sandbox can't tank it
the second problem: he steals and buys models, he doesnt do them
Consequences: (1) there is no way the ambientation is gonna be cohesive with the story as a lot of people keep pointing out, (2) the mechanics of stealth and kill dont work properly as the scene and models aren't designed for it, (3) a lot of opportunities lost to make interesting stealth kill gameplay and you just get redundant gameplay
the third problem: gameplay mechanics of stealth and instant kill
Consequences: (1) hes never gonna create osana and hes gonna drag it until the end, because of the mechanics of stealth and instant kill, there is no health bars like in metal gear or hitman which have bosses, his sandbox is not done for that and doing boss fights would be really difficult and means even redoing the game, (2) the story and level design needs to be redone around that

I mean, when I saw let'splays that try to play the game as it was intended to be played, it's always:
1. Find a weapon. Coincidentally, there's always a knife in the cooking club.
2. Tell compliments to everyone to rise your rep.
3. Ask the rival to follow you to a secluded place.
4. Stabby stab.
5. Clean the evidence by slowly mopping all the bloodstains.
It's boring, it's tedious, and it can be easily done in one day. I guess Alex will make so that #3 doesn't work, but what then? All the alternative methods are also boring and tedious, except for some that are quick, but still boring and can be done only once. Also, the alternative methods work only on Kokona.
He's making all those side mechanics that look good in a Youtube video, but the core gameplay is just lure–stab–burn since 2014.

While i was searching for informations about seifukus in japan, i've found this, which can respond to your paragraph. It proves one more time that Alew knows almost nothing on some points.
Point 1: In Japan, the system is so harsh than there are few failing cases in all schools. However, the're so many pression here that in most cases, those who fail commit suicide :/
Point 2: All schools have strict dresscode uniforms, like i've said above. Girls can enter school with shorten skirts, but if teachers see that, the'll be in big trouble. Cellphones and accessories are prohibited, and all students must have decent hairstyles. (No weird colorations, hu Alex?)
Staff members are clean. They help students when they have any problems, and have a strict dress code, like everyone who works there.
(NO STRIPPERS HU ALEX)
Point 3: Delinquents aren't allowed in school.
(We all wait for the shitty excuses Alex have make for them.)
Bullies... Ew. The're so many cases of bullying. And in most cases, teachers know nothing about it, because they are hidden by students.
