"13 months late to Resident Evil 7" As opposed to being 4 years late to bringing YanSim out of its alpha stages. At this point, his earnest likeability has all but run out. He should just give YanSim to someone else and become a full time streamer. And his love for video game waifus has stopped being endearing and started being disturbing. He has been living off of that fat of the land and I feel for the people who are going to be set back supporting his lax lifestyle on Patreon. I used to think of him as the bigger man whenever people tried to make him look bad or when he tried to get his game un-banned from Twitch, but now I have no sympathy for him.

Honestly, he WANTS to do that. But like he said, if he quits now, all his fanbase would hate him and then nobody would watch him stream or pay him anymore. The only thing he is known for is yandere simulator, if he quits his money roll will literally be nonexistent and nobody would watch him then he would essentially be a creepy nobody again

Not quite. Unity offers a free template for a 3rd person walking game and YS probably has that as the base.
Outside of that there’s dialogue features which anyone can make, npc coding which Unity has tutorials for, oh and excessive killing / death animations for no real reason.

YanSim runs on Utility 5 -_-

*Unity 5, and it shouldn't. The only reason Alex upgraded was because he claimed he needed to use more than 4GBs of Ram, which Unity 4 wouldn't allow (he actually called that the downside to U4, as that "hindered" development), because his game that looks no more impressive than an upscaled Ps3 game needs more than 4GBs, for some reason...

He isn't even using any of the features added by U5, so he upgraded for the express purpose of writing sloppier, resource hogging code...

Imma be fair here, how many hours should he be working on the game?

March had 31 days, five saturdays and four sundays, leaving 22 work days. Eight hours a day are a fine number. this equates to 176 hours in march that he should have been spending on the game. I wonder if the hardworking gamedeveloper who works multiple hours a day with no days off was able to atleast put that much effort into the game :thinking:
