Either way, she's a piece of shit, and she's even worse than chris himself...

I get what you're saying, I do.. But I don't think it gets Chris off the hook. The implication was clear that having no outlet would frustrate Chris to the point where he would have sex with Megan despite her objection. Chris's own words make it clear that he understood this would be bad and upsetting to Megan. Even if Chris's understanding of rape is limted "bad, unpleasant sex", I still think he's a dickhead for assuming its an option, especially with someone for whom he claims to care.
