We can only hope that one day Chris tries his shit with a Complete Bastard and they turn around and rape his life teach him some hard deserved lessons for it.

Can you imagine Chris raging towards a buffed out biker or something? He'd probably soil his pants, if he hadn't already on the way there.

Nah. Chris is too much of a pussy coward for that.

I'm talking more about a normal looking person who he figures he can push around thanks to his high function autism who pushes right back. I know a number of boyfriend free girls who wouldn't take shit off Chris the way Megan has, but would instead go for his throat (metaphorically and in one case probably literally).

That seems much more likely, yeah. He flirts with the wrong kind of tough short tempered girl who beats the crap out of him.

About 8 years ago, when I started University, I met a guy in Fresher's week from across the hall. We shared a love of soccer and drinking. But the one thing that tickled me about him in the early days was that he refused to get an eBay account and always used mine. Part of that reason now that I think about it was that he didn't bring a laptop to uni, so he'd come round mine and use my eBay account, whilst we drank or donged around on Goldeneye. He always paid me back, and I guess it was one of many things that made us friends. Now, 8 years later, we're still best friends.

The point is it maybe wasn't that strange for Megan to 'use' Chris like this, they helped each other and shared a little social interaction. A strange one maybe, but not unique.

The distinction I would make is that Megan continued this eBay stuff after she had complained about him being a perv.

I don't know that it was so much that she was complaining. Remember, her brother has some mental issues, so she would be used to dealing with someone who doesn't understand a request the first time. So she was probably trying to reinforce her boundaries to him. It's not like she was still asking him to make eBay purchases after getting pissed at him for shecameforcwc...

My point is that she seemed to be trying to have it both ways. IIRC she was hiding behind Lucas and Mimms in person at the PLace yet still carrying on with the eBay stuff with Chris over e-mail.

She probably finally cut off e-mail with Chris after shecameforcwc because he was infuriated, creeped out to a new level, and scared, and justifiably so.

You make an interesting point about her "kind of dumb" brother.

But as I've said before: if you give a manchild an inch, he'll take a mile.

And of course Chris would angrily make a big deal about receiving the C&D and not accepting it blah blah blah.
And it would be glorious.

Worst case (or would that be best case): Megan gets a C&D letter for about $100 and pays the extra $150 to the Greene County Sheriff to have a deputy serve it to him so he can't pretend he didn't get it and ignore it. Chris ignores it anyways and goes absolutely apey on facebook. Megan screencaps that, pays her attorney about $2k on retainer, and sues Chris. Chris doesn't even bother to show up for the initial hearing, and the judge takes one look at the screen caps and immediately puts Chris under a court order to immediately cease etc. Chris goes even more insane on facebook about that, only this time he's going directly against a judge, and they don't take too kindly to that. So now he's looking at contempt, fees, and probably having to pay Megan's legal fees as well. In short, Chris gets soundly fucked by the civil courts because he doesn't know when to stop digging his hole.

Total cost to Megan to completely fuck Chris' life: about $5k tops (which she may well recoup from the court garnishing his tugboat)

I would offer to be her process server at no charge. I would do so while wearing a pickle suit. Photographic proof of service would not be hoarded and would be posted to forums immediately.

Also if PCA's story is indication it would be pretty easy as I could just hang out at McDs and Chris would come by sooner than later.

That ain't the half of it. Women can be sooooooo much more vicious than men. Your average woman will readily cut off the Marquess of Queensberry's balls and feed them to him.

I think it's time for a little Hobo Wisdom: Never pick a fight with a woman. It's ungentlemanly, so even if you win, you still lose. And if you lose, you will lose hard.

But I was thinking more of the sort of woman who would wreck Chris' life with protection orders and suchlike. Virgina's anti-cyberstalking laws could already be used to get Chris off the internet, possibly including confiscating any internet capable devices he has which include his precious PS3.

It has to be done by an officer / servant of the courts to create the sort of legal paper trail needed to get the eventual judgement wanted against Chris.

As hilarious as serving Chris docs in a pickle suit would be (in a pickle scented scratch and sniff envelope), it doesn't really give the impression to the courts that you are taking the threat of him seriously.

But then there are other occasions more suited to pickle suits. Wouldn't it be just terrible if a bunch of kids went trick-or-treating at 14BLC all dressed in pickle suits this HalloWEEN?

"This was AFTER her hateful trolling!" ( :stupid: )
You just wait. Soon enough Chris is going to rewrite history and say he already knew Megan was his enemy, and that he drew the picture as revenge against her. If he hasn't done this already.

God I miss his anti-Snyder rants. Was it already said in this thread where this shit started? It didn't come from here and get filtered through Chris's fat-for-moron-brain, did it?

Can it be argued whether or not Chris is being malevolent or just lacking in a good memory when he attempts to rewrite history?

Never attribute to malevolence what can more easily be explained by self interested stupidity.

One can argue that such a strong degree of self interest is malevolent. He believes so strongly that it's okay to destroy other people's lives to protect his own ego, he never even thinks it over when he does it.

Are you saying his stupidity has made him evil?

^More like I'm saying his fear of letting go of power has led him to the dark side.

Never mind protecting his own ego; Chris would readily destroy other people's lives for a ham sandwich.

But is it truly malevolence, or just incredible callousness? Chris has absolutely no empathy. Other people aren't real to him, and don't matter to him, but he can already taste that delicious ham sandwich. Admittedly the end result is almost identical to malevolence.

I mean I can't really see Chris kicking a puppy just to make it suffer, but at the same time I can see him driving over that same puppy without a second thought if it prevents him from anything he thinks he deserves. Or even just leaving that poor puppy locked inside to piss on newspaper because he can't be bothered to take it outside.

Or put another way, Chris' calls for the internet to "get" Megan and Snyder are definitely malevolent (though impotent - but that doesn't change the fact). His constant denial and re-editing of the documentable past is just stupid (because it's so readily documentable - his lies are obvious) and self serving (because it gives him an acceptable excuse to his ass patters for his malevolence).

If only every evil villain on the planet were as utterly ineffectual as Chris…

So what your saying is Chris is an IRL Darth Vader. :alog:

Just swap James Earl Jones's ominous, threatening voice and David Prowse's stature for...Chris.

Nah, Darth Vader managed to get off a "NOOOOOOOOO" without Bann happening.

I feel like I'm knit-picking something that would probably never happen anyway, but dealing with process servers is a bulk of my job. VA has no certification requirements for process servers. Anyone over 18 that doesn't have a vested interest in the case can serve papers. I've had guys serve people in a bathing suit and flip-flops and it still counted as good service. While the attorney probably wouldn't want his business associated with a dude in a pickle suit, as long as the person was over 18, I think it would be legally acceptable.

You know, the way that Chris has treated/still treats Megan is one of the things I dislike most about Christian. I hesitate to use the word "hate" because there are few people I genuinely hate, but I "hate" that Chris acts like this about one of the precious few real friends Chris has ever had. It's disgusting.

More like an even more ineffectual Dark Helmet. (If such a thing can be imagined.)
