Also, call me cold hearted but since her perk is garbage(you rarely need alcohol for anything unless you're roleplaying as an alcoholic
Might I suggest this Logan's Loophole build?I'v a few alcohol related builds and none of them are that good
Limiting yourself at level 30 seems too hard to me.Might I suggest this Logan's Loophole build?
It even stacks with magazines
15 perks is more than enough and enemies in DLCs don't scale further either. Perfectly doable, altho to make most of the trait, you have to keep using drugs non-stop. Not really worth it.Limiting yourself at level 30 seems too hard to me.
I'm using Build to Destroy & Small Frame before OWB. In that DLC i'm gonna swap those for Four Eyes (synergizes like hell with Lucky Shades) & Kamikaze (i'm using Power Armor and had the DT implant so piss off with the debuff).
At least with Oblivion it was kinda sort of justified considering how dated Oblivion is and the fact it had no official controller support on PC.
Shivering Isles.wasnt there a quest in oblivion where you help a guy to kill himself?
i believe that "how about a suicide?" was the dialog option
There is an unmarked suicide quest in Fallout 3 too. Old Man Lopez in Rivet City tells you he's depressed, and the residents will tell you that he spends all day watching the city from the top of the ship. If you go there when he's doing just that, you can tell him to jump off for evil karma. Alternatively, you can just push him physically, like you can push any NPC with enough effort, and he will die from fall damage near the bridge. You won't get any evil karma for that, tho.wasnt there a quest in oblivion where you help a guy to kill himself?

Drugs last a long time when you've got chemist/Day tripper/ the turbo extender.you have to keep using drugs non-stop. Not really worth it.
Same for Death Stranding, you get orders for massive amounts of sleeping pills from one depressed old guy.wasnt there a quest in oblivion where you help a guy to kill himself?
Ah a fellow student of the way of the blade, a true and noble art most befitting a civilized person. Though can I also in the Nobel pursuit of the way of the stable nitroglycerin.Well, i hacked a lot with a katana.
Going Independent this time: nobody in the Mojave can stop me with my crits.

I hate synths and the institute and think that the world of Fallout would be better off without them and the implications of their tech. I also think this about the big MT but to a lesser extent (I think cazadores, nightstalkers, etc are cooler if they’re the result of, you know, FALLOUT)I think the biggest complaint of Institute is that, in execution, it is indeed just a poor man's Big MT. Institute as an idea is fantastic, but as usual with Bethesda, execution falls flat on it's ass. Fallout 4 deserved a better hook than muh son and muh robot rights.
Oblivion with guns, but in UE5!
Boulder Dome of Van Buren was a good compromise between grounded, very real problems they are facing and probable tech and science advancements for the Fallout universe that can be used to solve them. It helps that in-lore, that is where Power Armor and Bio-Med gel were created, among other things so there is a reason for it's existence and high-tech research facilities. Big MT and Institute are a bit too sci-fi for my liking and I feel they only exist to give devs carte blanche to make whatever they want. for example synths, new mutants ect.I hate synths and the institute and think that the world of Fallout would be better off without them and the implications of their tech. What help would the source code for ancient games made in the 90s be for Bethesda? I know these faggot journos don't play games, but I guess they don't know how they work, either.View attachment 7358031
games journalists don't even picture what they're saying would look like before publishing their trash
Given the fact that there has been F1 in F2 for ages, it's not that much of a stretch to stick F1 in F2 in a 3D recreation once Arroyo and its time is done.F1 projects are sadly always cursed to be cancelled halfway thru and we will probably never see a 3D recreation.
As Pre-War America in Fallout is stuck in an era of 1950s Americana, Post-War America is forever trapped in a wasteland without end. What help would the source code for ancient games made in the 90s be for Bethesda? I know these faggot journos don't play games, but I guess they don't know how they work, either.
Also, 1-1 remakes of F1/F2 aren't happening. Todd wants people to forget these games, this is why the TV show is a "reboot" that wipes the slate clean, both physically by bombing West Coast back to stone ages and metaphorically, by destroying the canon of Black Isle/Obsidian titles.
If you're asking for Fallout 1 in Fallout 2's engine, this already exist. The most recent overhaul is Fallout Et Tu, which is exactly that. A lot of improvements and general quality of life changes from a superior engine, it's the best way to play Fallout 1 today and a successor to the previous overhaul project, Fallout Fixt(which I personally still use since I am too lazy to bother).Given the fact that there has been F1 in F2 for ages, it's not that much of a stretch to stick F1 in F2 in a 3D recreation once Arroyo and its time is done.
yes i know this is incredibly optimistic and i largely share your opinion otherwise
