Fallout series

Quite honestly, I'm a little surprised people still make essays on these games while basically offering little to no new insight into them. I personally felt everything that could be said about Fallout 3 for example was already said when Mr Caption made his videos on it. Everything else just seems to regurgitate most of the points he made. Like people mentioned that guy who made an 8 hour response to Many a True Nerd, why would I watch that when someone like Shizo Elijah made a video on Megaton that gets it's point across in 3 or so minutes?

Hell just recently I was getting recommended full on EFAP style streams done by the dude who made that MATN response, responding to other bad Fallout video essays. Like seriously, wouldn't people get tired of that after a while? I've seen and known people who go into New Vegas and come out of it not that impressed, mainly due to the hype it has setting their expectations super high. For a while I didn't get that as I honestly feel NV is one of the few games that deserves it's hype, but when it's fans are like this I'm starting to understand to a degree.

I play Fallout: NV once a year and am always sympathetic to the game. Right this second I can no longer complete Aba Daba Honeymoon because I failed the speech check at the door and now Vault 3 is permanently hostile. My mood right now is: Fuck the lazy retarded hack cunts who didn't bother making this game. If any other company was as bad at their jobs as Obshitian is at theirs they'd have gone bankrupt years ago.

On a side note: does anyone know how to reset Vault 3 in the console as if I had never gone in there?

You don't need to pass the speech check if you wear Great Khan armor as the NPC who gives you the quest recommends. Stop blaming the game for you being too retarded to read and pay attention.

In my defense, she doesn't recommend you wear it, she says, "Most of them won't bother a Khan, but the ones outside are outside for a reason." and if you're paying attention I guess you'll see the "Great Khan Simple Armor added" notification pop up. Tbh I was just ventposting, like I said 95% of the time I love this game. I'll just take the L and definitely remember next time.

Anyone betting what will sneak by this time?

They closed their discord alot more and dismiss any sort of criticism as sneed troll ops, and any sort of hype from normies is dead lol, their twitter gets no engagement

The new version will be great lmao

I'm expecting some asspained reference to Sneedclave posting, likely in the form of a corpse or some such. Then inevitably someone's gonna do some creepy shit as is required by a lot of modding teams.

I wonder if they'll remove the Jim Sterling easter egg is light of what he's been turning into lately.

A dead body with a revolver next to him might become too much foreshadowing for their tastes.

I dont think it disappearing was a glitch, unless you count a nuclear explosion and 200 years of exposure as a glitch.

If you're retarded enough to put any faith in "Insiders" one who has been right on some stuff recently said that InXile is working on a Fallout CRPG which I'd welcome since Wasteland 3 was a better Fallout game than 3 or 4.

Yeah, is basically that. Not even talking about Oblivion, Morrowind or even Daggerfall. Only the civil war in Skyrim.
Now, talking about Fallout...
I played 3 times in a row Fallout 4 to get the most genocidal endings. Institute is meh, Brotherhood of Steel is probably the best, and the Railroad had the option, and i took that. Was great.
And fuck Minutemen, probably i said that earlier in this thread but i don't like the settlements system. It's literally better using Nuka-World raiders, they can do near anything automatically.

If I were a head of marketing for Bethesda I would hire a solid country artist to make a cover of Steely Dan's King of the World for the trailer of an upcoming Fallout game. The lyrics just scream Fallout so hard.

I think they should include songs like Papa Loves Mambo, Rockin' Robin, and Sh-Boom.

Not sure if they're thematically important or not, I just think they'd be good songs for the next Fallout game.
