Add Sneedclave to another casualties of discord. I think this confirms my theory more and more that Elijah just wanted out of this cancerous community and I don't blame him. He never should have gotten involved with the discord users in the first place, but cutting them out was a wise option, at least.
 
You could enslave an underaged girl named "America" by breaking her spirit through emotional manipulation and she has an oddly specific comment how her feet smell like fish.
Still remember that one of the faggot devs when called out about that line of dialogue, claimed to have been in the Army and according to him it is "very common" for soldiers to just mention how bad their feet must smell after "standing around all day" and then jut kept doubling down and attacking everyone
 
Minor update on the Schizo Elijah drama: I found this video "Schizo Elijah Sucks 1" linked in old Reddit posts calling him a racist and groomer. A portion of the video is screen shots of Elijah talking on Discoal with a guy called Skyrmis. This guy must be the one accusing him of grooming and sending those dress and nude pics.

Here's what I could gather from what they described of their side of the feud

In this 2023 video from 16:00 to 19:50 with Rat King aka Gray and Wank they explain their side's beef
Started after Sneedclave and schizo merged their servers. This made a lot of the server getting angry at him including the Sneed admin Wank.

Elijah's edgy teen fans liked to report the server and get it banned for laughs. Once Elijah linked Sneed's server to support them and Sneed's server was banned within 15 minutes according to Rat King. They further separated the remaining servers after this.

Wank gets a DM from Elijah to ban two posters from sneedclave for meming him for liking Mexico or "pretending to be a Mexican". The two elaborate to say there was a HOI4 mod Elijah really liked called "old World Blues" and in it has a whole rework of Mexico. This mod was apparently important to him along with Schizo adopting the based tradcath thing of the time with a Mexican larper personality even though he apparently posted about reading Facist books before this larp. Wank says banning the sneed guys was unnecessary which made Elijah mad and really ignited the feud.

There aren't "mods" for these games persay, like you would have in Gamebryo entries. You generally have one or two major overhaul mods and things like the HD patch to keep your playthru fresh. Fallout has Et Tu and Fixt, where as Fallout 2 has Restoration Project(There is a new extended version so make sure you download that over the one released around 2016 or so, altho I can personally vouch for that one).
If you're looking for proper new games set in this new engine, there is a few: Mutants Rising, Nevada, Olympus 2077 just to name a few. There is also Sonora that was made by the same dude who made Nevada but it hasn't been translated to English yet. Aside from that, there is also a shitpost vatnik mod called "Oblivion Lost" that is a Stalker crossover, not really all that good but it's surreal something like this exists.
Oh, and there is a mod that turns your character into a pony in Fallout 2, because of course there is. It's called "lilpip" I believe.
 
Isn't Dayglow just a DLC for Sonora? If the main game isn't translated, why would the added content be?
I think playing Nevada right after Fallout 2 will be a right call. Nevada is actually a prequel that takes place even before Fallout 1, but the key word here is balancing. Fallout 2 gets real easy after a certain point, and the entire Oil Rig finale is just a power trip(or a cake walk without a single bullet fired if you know what you're doing). Nevada, on the other hand, is HARD, it will test your skill not only in classic Fallout but as an RPG gamer as a whole. Most of the game is spend in that early-mid game level where you are only equipped with barely passing guns and leather/metal armor, with combat armor and a decent late tier gun being late late late end game content(power armor is an optional side quest that will take you the entire game to finish and it's absolute dogshit compared to the APA or even the regular T51b). I think you will like this little struggle session right after the victory lap that is Fallout 2 end game, will wake you right up real quick.
BTW, speaking of toddslop, apparently Vault 13 project is coming from it's stasis(or leaving the Vault, as it were) as I've seen their twitter slowly reactivate. They're promising a demo this summer, here are a few screenshots:

They made an announcement when London got fucked by an update that they(and Miami crew) already predicted this would happen and made preparations in advance, unlike London crew. I assume that means the project is still ongoing. A few years ago they had some sort of a sex pest within their mod team outed(or cancelled ala @MeToo) so I am guessing for PR purposes they're largely keeping quiet until they have something good to show. Plus, most people are looking forward to London right now so any potential new updates would be overlooked.

You have to remember that Bethesda fanboys(the ones most triggered by Schizo) are actual retards. Just look at the reception of that TV show, Sneedclave are just doing to him what they did to the Frontier pedo Zu the Skunk because it worked last time.

It was already mentioned a few times before, but I cannot not recommend Ecco mod for Fallout 2, there is a lot of changes to list them all, but to name a few: game is a lot harder, with unfriendly bartering and deadlier combat, previously useless skills were expanded ( especially traps which now has dedicated mechanic for creating mines and, well, traps ), background radiation across the whole gameworld makes it far more noticeable than in vanilla, crafting system which provides you with easier access to certain weapon types and further pushes you into speccing into previously less favorable skills, it's installed on top of Restoration Project so there is a lot of content and the whole thing is easily modified through text files it comes with to filter most of the additions/changes that you don't particularly like.

I misread that as you saying you cannot recommend and was confused for a hot minute after the first few times I read this before I noticed the not.

I've been recently playing the D20 system there's a terrible fallout TTRPG it feels like I'm playing fallout 4 asset not as good which is saying something because I really didn't enjoy fallout 4 much.

There is a Fallout Tactics inspired TTRPG that came with the game back in the day, I believe the PDF is free to download out there somewhere. I dunno if it's better or worse, but it's not Fallout 4 so I would say it's arguably better

You could just play GURPS if you want a TTRPG. I wouldn't be surprised if somebody hasn't already made their own module for Fallout.
 
Replayed Fallout 2, been more than a decade since I last beat it. Since I also replayed the original recently it corrected one big misconception I had with the classic games, in that Fallout 2 had way more le wacky xD stuff and Fallout 1 was super serious. Relative to the length of each game (F1 I beat in 21 hours, 2 in 50 hours) F1 has about as much humor in my experience but admittedly it has less le wacky xD humor and more subtle and dark humor. Still, the humor doesn't feel overpowering in either game, both have a really gritty and ruthless atmosphere but with some silly jokes being cracked here or there.

this update fixed a major quest bug for the brotherhood of steel, I legitmately softlocked my game and stopped playing because of this bug.

I watched the stupid fallout TV show again because a friend wanted to watch it and I realized that not only is the general aesthetic and tone extremely off but it doesn't even follow the Fallout story formula.

Most notably it lacks a Chosen One archeotype. In the games your PC starts out as a random wastlander and becomes a folk hero or pseudo mythological figure to the other people in the wasteland via their deeds and interactions with other factions.

Lucy sort of seems like she's going this direction but not only does she never do anything notable or accomplish anything but she also doesn't have a mcguffin to lead her forward to a greater purpose ie, Project Purity/G.E.C.K or the Platinum Chip.

Hell the biggest story reveals revolve around the vault experiments and this all happens in a subplot in which neither Lucy or Maximus are ever present.

God it sucks even more the second time around.
