I don't know.Is there a patch similar to the ones of 1 and 2 that fixes the resolution issues ?
closest solution i could find when i wanted to do my level 50 runs without dealing with the scaling is to use this oneAlso is there a mod to make the NPC's from New Vegas not be bullet sponges when playing on Hardcore ?
Elder Scrolls has like one novel I think. Bethesda is just allergic to tie-in media and a book would require they have an actual writer on staff. Emil can barely handle penning a script for a videogame where you shoot people in the face. Can you imagine how badly he'd handle a whole novel? Why have we never gotten fallout novels or Skyrim novels it seems like Bethesda is allergic to the idea of other forms of media I mean Halo has like 50 novels some of which are decent
You want more stuff like the Fallout Amazon show? At this point be glad that Bethesda isn't shoveling out content at Star Wars levels. Why have we never gotten fallout novels or Skyrim novels it seems like Bethesda is allergic to the idea of other forms of media
IIRC JSawyer is basically that, but it runs both ways. Also is there a mod to make the NPC's from New Vegas not be bullet sponges when playing on Hardcore ?
Why in God's name would you want Emil's writing in book form? Why have we never gotten fallout novels or Skyrim novels it seems like Bethesda is allergic to the idea of other forms of media I mean Halo has like 50 novels some of which are decent

Wasn't one of them responsible for the translation error thing as to why Cyodril was a tropical forest in the original game and a freaking generic medevil fantasy land in Oblivion? Two, Infernal City and Lord of Souls, both released between Oblivion and Skyrim. I don't remember either getting a good reception.
But I think it's for the best Elder Scrolls/ Bethesda in general doesn't have a multimedia project going on. The lore is great for their stuff, but the actual, efforted content always seems to be the most boring option they can take.
There is no speech, you are a Brotherhood recruit so there isn't much roleplaying in this one aside from your builds. All dialogue is one sided and usually only triggered by important NPCs, the speech skill is replaced by Piloting skill since this game has vehicles(it's useless, all it does is determine how fast your car turns so there is less crashing into things. You don't get to bring vehicles into missions and there is only a couple of missions with vehicles in them, so most of the time your vehicles you keep are just mobile containers for your loot). Is speech or science good in Tactics ?
Hardcore mode doesn't change how difficult the enemies are. You must be thinking of Fallout 4's survival mode, in NV all it does is enable thirst/hunger/sleep needs and brings back classic game mechanics such as ammo having weight or needing doctor's bags to heal limbs instead of doing so with a stimpack. If you mean enemies being bullet sponges if you turn up the difficulty, as with all Bethesda games, there really is no solution. All those difficulties do is adjust numbers so that you do less damage but enemies do more, best thing you can do is turn the difficulty to normal(you and enemies both do base amount of damage to another) and then play around with the game balance to suit your needs. Also is there a mod to make the NPC's from New Vegas not be bullet sponges when playing on Hardcore ?
Have you SEEN Bethesda's fanbase? Emil himself straight out said that they would rather rip out pages of a book and make paper planes with them. While this is what every normal person would do to anything Emil has written, he's right about Bethesda fans being impulsive ADHD riddled retards that can't read for shit and would rather shoot something in the face. That's why instead of tie in books we have a TV show aimed at actual retards who never played the games, the closest thing to a literary work we've gotten was that comic book that came with the LE editon of Fallout New Vegas or the artbook for LE of Fallout 3.Why have we never gotten fallout novels or Skyrim novels it seems like Bethesda is allergic to the idea of other forms of media I mean Halo has like 50 novels some of which are decent
God those thumbnails have been ass for him as of late. I think he hired some ukrainian cuckchanner/redditor to do those for him and you can tell.https://youtube.com/watch?v=SV67_XLGW7cin other news Warlockracy
it's still in annoying subhuman Russian communist and is angry that one of the original creators of fallout 2 a new Vegas thinks he's a whiny baby for thinking that fallout has an anti capitalist message and you need to understand media literacy or something something.
I’ve probably said this before, but the strength of both the Elder Scrolls and Fallout is that they have next to no important central characters. The setting takes precedence. They couldn’t make a successful book because of it, but I’d rather good games anyways. Two, Infernal City and Lord of Souls, both released between Oblivion and Skyrim. I don't remember either getting a good reception.

Even the fucking fallout 4 new vegas devs acknowledged it, who is nowhere near release, are prepared for if no update releases to fix its stuttering and shit.Reminder that Miami and Cascadia devs knew the update would be broken and prepped for it in advance. There is no excuses.
If London won't release yesterday, then I can't imagine being hyped for it. Frontier at least launched, this one will become a laughingstock before we even get to play it.
because it is outside of 1, NV, and tactics.why do so many people think Fallout is Borderlands?
if you said 6 million people have played even one isometric game i'd say you're full of shit. even if Fallout 2 is the king of the genre, its still probably bullshit to say even a quarter million people played it back before Bethesda owned the IPThey never played the OG titles.
you sure from what i heard it was on par with the oil platform in 2 in terms of size and by your own words, for it to have sidequests and a robot and multiple floors. this space station had to be pretty fucking big (at least bigger than say Vault 15)Second, the station was very tiny.
surprised more people don't whine about Frank, he literally makes any non-combat spec character completely fucked. imagine if Bethesda tried that.and certainly no Frank Horrigan clones
technically if you consider the tv show canon, Dean was right about everything when it came to the creator of the Sierra Madre. pre-show, he was just an insane narcissist who purposely tried to fuck over that guy because he's a thin skinned petty asshole and its also why he took Vera away from the dude. But the tv show paints the guy in the right (probably completely by accident) by showing the creator to be as much of an evil shithead as Dean said, whereas he's originally supposed to be a goodhearted rich guy a la Walt Disney and its why Dean's sabotaging of everything is supposed to be so vile. If you bother reading about all the things that lead to the downfall of the casino (there's an in-game achievement for it) Dean is basically the Iago of the backstory and is responsible for everything from the way the ghost people happen to how the holograms are programed to the need to reroute power to cause the casino to open. Therefore it just felt narratively "natural" Dean kicks the bucket because he just couldnt help himself as to not be in control.
my head canon always was that the leveling up in skills is just the courier getting back to his "pre-shot in head" awesomeness. like how if you wake up out of a coma you literally need to relearn how to walk or even talk, but eventually you'll end up back near 100%; the fact that a badass like Ulysses is a co-worker of the courier and presumably was not shot in the head, but clearly wasn't training before you meet him in lonesome road proves just the level of badass you need o be a courier.so what gives?
thats literally a lie, whomever told you that should be shot in the head and left for dead right next to goodsprings. SoCal in Fallout 2 was way more civilized to the point they paid with actual dollars for everything and considered bottle caps to be primitive and the population was nearing a million then you have guys like Merton who were 90s level social outcasts which should tell you how modern a lot of the wasteland had gotten by then. The person who wrote the story for the TV series was a fallout fan back in college. He had only played fallout 1 & 2,
thats one of the worst parts about 90s games in general and is one of the reasons that its absurd when old fans whine about dumbing shit down. so much was about bullshit trial and error that you wouldn't need and they wouldn't bother with in modern games because you could literally just look them up.in typical Fallout 1 and 2 fashion, the game doesn't tell you that (another gripe I have with the early games)
He doesn't, you can easily still beat him without a single kill or combat skill specced to your name.surprised more people don't whine about Frank, he literally makes any non-combat spec character completely fucked. imagine if Bethesda tried that.
You just need to convince the other enclave members, and have already switched the turrets and have 5 companions all waiting in that area all focusing their firepower! great.you can easily still beat him
If you played the game, you would know that it easily kills him in a few turns. Turrets are all that's needed, companions and Granite squad are just icing on the cake. You just need to convince the other enclave members, and have already switched the turrets and have 5 companions all waiting in that area all focusing their firepower! great.
