Project Nevada's sprinting feels terrible though. 4 had the right idea on that front, although no good ideas about anything but better shooting and moving.

The last time I played Fallout 4 involved me setting up raider outposts in the commonwealth. That's when everything went down hill. My character has max charisma and raider outposts don't have any population limiters. Even though I only have 5 outposts one of which doesn't count for the Warlord perk, I still have to supply well over a 100 raiders. I spent the better part of my playtime that week just trying to solve all their bed and food problems. The problem became worse when I learned that raiders apparently can't count when I discovered one outpost reporting they had a population of 20 and 4 beds instead of the 24 beds they had in reality which made them unhappy. I also had an outpost report a population of 40. When I saw that in my pip boy I almost gave up on Nuka World and raiders in general. When I fast traveled there they still only had 20 raiders and just decided to make themselves unhappy for no reason.

Its a shame that the system is so broken because I like building raider outposts especially since I don't feel compelled to clean them up make them look nice. It works great in places where corpses don't disappear and would feel out of place or stupid in a regular settlement.

You can chalk this up to the animation engine. The sprinting animation is simply the normal running animation speeded up several times, and the animations for FO3/FNV were based on Oblivion's version of the animation, which also looked odd.

The Creation Engine uses an updated animation engine that provides for far more realistic animation, and most of the stuff that worked well in Skyrim was ported over to Fallout 4 and tweaked for that game environment, sprinting included.

I think that Far Harbor was the best DLC of the entire series, even better than the likes of Point Lookout and Old World Blues. It had a huge explorable area, a very interesting story, well-defined factions (even the Children of Atom had valid reasons to side with them), outstanding atmosphere, nice loot, and some really cool locations.

It was well worth the $25, a great expansion all around.

Nope. Far Harbor could literally cure cancer, but I will never pay $20+ on one piece of DLC.
Well, I got it as part of the season pass back when it was $30. It's like one of the expansion packs for The Elder Scrolls games, which is a very good investment. At the very least, a sale should make the price more reasonable.
