I don't think they will. Sure, the people who wrote all that sex shit and the NCR campaign are going to get the cold shoulder, but the other story writers and the technical team are probably going to get some cred, because one thing they did do well in this mod was take an outdated game engine and add features like vehicle driving. There's enough people who got impressed with all the boom-fiestas and technical stuff that being able to put that in your resume will get you some good attention.I hope they all get the cold shoulder
It's down right amazeing they was able to do most of the shit they did, in this janky engine.I don't think they will. as far as I know the truly impressive features were added by the mod's original developer. (Most of the mod's creators joined later, not all of them have worked on it for 7 years. The guy Tyler interviewed only joined in 2015). He created the NCR campaign and was blamed for its linearity and lack of quality. He also created things like the drivable vehicles and so forth.I don't think they will. The statement you saw was a bald-faced lie. Most of the technichal shit was done by a user named Devilswish, who joined the project 2 years into development, made everything they wanted to do possible (and then some), and then bailed from the project under circumstances that are not clear at this time.as far as I know the truly impressive features were added by the mod's original developer. My point exactly. The major plus from this mod was the technical shit, and a lot of people creamed themselves just watching the cooler aspects of the mod and knowing it was done with an engine that was beginning to show its age before Skyrim showed up. Other mod creators were probably taking notes when watching the cutscenes and the vehicular combat. And given how the mod crashed and burned, and all that technical stuff went to waste, the mod's technical team probably want to go for greener pastures and go find some mod makers who aren't paste-eating retards when it comes to storytelling. It's down right amazing they was able to do most of the shit they did, in this janky engine.
The smart modders might scope up the devs who did the scripts.
The guy took the most technically brilliant part of the mod and just made a Call of Duty ripoff with it.He created the NCR campaign and was blamed for its linearity and lack of quality.
I hope the guy finds some meaningful employment. For all that hard work to go to waste is tragic. Imagine what could have been done with that kind of skill attached to a mod where most of the story isn't written by paste-eating retards. The statement you saw was a bald-faced lie. "I'm starting to think we need a thread for video game mod development related drama. The entire HoI4 mod scene, Hunt the Freeman, Fallout the Frontier, Beyond Skyrim, they all seem to ALWAYS be filled to the brim with trannies and fucking weirdos. Half the projects collapse because of it and the other half are corrupted and the entire experience ruined. It happens like clockwork every half a year or so."
This is worrying to me, very much looking forward to BS, but the trannies love exploding everything they touch like the parasites they are.
We can only hope they ignore it, and let it stay. Otherwise they just feeding the sneed trolls that keep uploading sneed mods.New sneed mod, this time a main menu replacer. Archived for posterity in the face of likely removal.
It's gone.We can only hope they ignore it, and let it stay. Otherwise they just feeding the sneed trolls that keep uploading sneed mods.
The silly nexus mods will never learn will they. The people uploading sneedclave mods are looking for attention, and are trying to be annyoing to them. If they was smart they let the mods be, or even embrace them to take some of the fun out of it for the uploaders. It's gone.
Yeah, and I don't believe them. Devilswish is the creator of the single most well-known and respected horror mod in the FNV world, and his touch can be seen in the NCR quest's nightmare sequence, which is far and away the single best part of that entire storyline. Devilswish was not the problem in that relationship, the rest of those faggots were, and the sooner he comes out of the woodwork to lay the smackdown on these lying sacks of shit, the better.Watching a video Rimmy put out and according to the devs, Devilswish caused a lot of their problems.
The Nexus has a standing ban on political mods, and I'm absolutely certain that it's the justification they'd use if challenged about their moratorium on sneedposting, but holy hell does it look like they're trying to run interference for the Frontier gang. The silly nexus mods will never learn will they. If this was the case all they would need to do is. Let the mods stay, then mass remove the mods after a few months once the sneedclave meme is well dead, and gone. By that point all the sneedposters are going to jumped to the next meme bandwagon, and save them the hassle of having to remove more mods, then if they keep removing them hours after being posted. The Nexus has a standing ban on political mods, and I'm absolutely certain that it's the justification they'd use if challenged about their moratorium on sneedposting, but holy hell does it look like they're trying to run interference for the Frontier gang.
That's the problem with inclusivity at all costs. If you are unwilling to draw a line and keep some people out eventually you'll be overrun with retards who have no business being part of your group who will outnumber you and ruin everything.Posted this in the TNO thread and posting here because related:
