I think in game design, the most unlucky number you can find, as proven by Cyberjunk and this disaster, is Seven.
If you're a game designer watching this thread and your project is looking at seven years of dev time or seven years have passed since you started: Stop. It's probably not going to end well.

Most people have nothing interesting to talk about in their lives. Guess I’ve been around it enough that it doesn’t bother me.

I buy that both of them were military, just not particularly good at it which is why iirc they did there 4-8 and got out. Their stories are too mundane to be made up, and who the fuck would actually want to pretend to be armory?
