I would first make it so that any changes to reality would go completely unnoticed by all but 1 In every 1000 people called outliers.
Now here's where things get interesting. At the stroke of midnight everyday, I would undo any previous changes and altered memories I made to the world excluding the consequences of people's actions that day. Then, I would change some thing in how the world interacted with humanity. One day people could fly, another they could conjure food out of thin air and eat as much as they want, on some days I would even swap people's genders. The next day the memories of their lives would adapt to the world they live in. They would always have been giants or women or able to fly in their minds. Except for outliers that would remember every day before. They would also remember an additional version of their life in the context of the current world so they could blend in easier.
I would then make a forum or some archivable site persistent across realities. The outliers could upload their GoPro flying video and it wouldn't change every night for the outliers, but everyone else would see the footage in a silly and harmless version in the context of today. The flying footage would normally look like a guy running around with a cape on, like at comic con. The 1 in 1000 would be aware of what it looks like to normies.
So basically I would alter the world, to make 1 in 1000 people potential lolcows. But Only the ones having fun exploring a constantly changing world would be making high effort content and posting it for us to laugh at.
