This has always been my favorite for one subtle moment. The importance is the context of this video: Chris Chan believe his totally-not-a-dude girlfriend in Australia died to the brush fires occurring there. In it, he supposedly worries that she had suffered a death through burning alive, and he may never see the woman he claims to have loved ever again.

However, he prefaces that by talking incessantly about his Sonichu website being back up and clearing up that he absolutely is 100% not-gay. And when he finally gets around to talking about his girlfriend dying, he decides to provide an interlude right at 1:29 with audible flatulence, stopping his speech, wincing, and grunting in exertion when it is delivered.

It's an easy thing to miss, but that's what makes it so funny on top of the context of the video as a whole.

I think the little grunt thing he did was to try and mask the fact that he just ripped a massive fart during what's supposed to be an intensely serious moment.

I love this video. To Chris's mind, he's announcing the death of his girlfriend, and he can't even drum up enough enthusiasm to elevate his voice beyond a bored mumble. This from a man who started waving his arms around and screaming when someone was pretending to be him, because he thought people might confuse the two of them. Hell, he sounded more enthusiastic in that video where he talks about how it's okay to shit your pants from stress.

ChandlerFamilyChristmas2004, while a child giving their parent a snow globe they made would be normally cute, remember this is a 22-year old man(child), literally giving his parents a snow globe with a picture of himself and Sonichu, and a VHS of a puppet show.

Not only did Chris give Bob the VHS, he gave Bob a choice between the VHS and the DVD. Bob chose the DVD, and then Chris sweet-talked him into taking the VHS instead because he wanted the DVD for himself.

A prime example of "Chris is funnier when he's left alone", imo. It's like the pure, undiluted essence of Chris-chan. You couldn't write this shit.

You are gonna love this ones too:

8:00 mark: nigga stops in the middle of a heartfelt love declaration, PUSHES, lets one rip instead of holding it in and then lets out a big sigh of relief.

In the middle of a particularly fidgety and stuttery speech to ask a girl out, on 0:44 he lets a burp out, looks genuinely startled for a fraction of a second (he really doesn't have control, I guess) and lets out a sigh of relief (around 0:20-21 there may be a contained one too).

During his fantastic rendition of Loving You, he states to Ivy he " will bake for you."..

As far as I know homeboy has only baked a loaf or six in those DIRTY CRAPPER BRIEFS of his.

Perhaps a hitherto unknown Chandler skill?

The aftermath of the Rollin' and Trollin' video where trolls tried to get his tugboat taken away because Chris "admitted" he wasn't an autist, prompting Chris to make this.

You know I noticed something only recently after watching this video probably a dozen times. I think because this video is so full of fantastic moments that it’s easy not to notice. Honestly, I’ve never seen it talked about once so I wonder how many of you have yet to notice it too. The first present Barb opens from Chris, before she opens the Hamtaro plushie and the snow globe, is a box of ‘LEGO Snowboarding.’

Chris got his Mom LEGOs, which we all know she doesn’t play with. So Chris bought himself LEGO and disguised it as a present to his Mom.

This movie illustrates so much about Chris and his family dynamic. I think it’s especially important because this was years before he was discovered and has so many CWCisms in it from him expecting Sarah to just randomly show up, to literally asking Santa for a girlfriend and ‘giving up on Santa’ when he doesn’t bring him one, to how he treats his parents and even more so how they let him treat them.

The timid "...I see..." in response to Bob shouting at Chris about being evicted in the THAT IS MY HOUSE video gets me every single time.

I mean, what do you do with someone like Chris? There's a point where you realise there's no hope, you have a special needs adult child and there's nothing you can do about it except let him tard about the house freely and hope he doesn't burn the place down.

Bob made several attempts to nudge Chris towards something approaching a normal life, and every time his efforts were met with a resounding "meh" because Chris was distracted by the voices in his head. By the time of this video, both parents had already given up on Chris ever being normal.

I love how sheepish he is the whole video only to get all smug at the end about being a jobless virgin 'tard who is a burden to his elderly parents.

To me is the "oh shit" face he makes when he first hears Bob and how fast he goes from internet though guy to whiny little bitch. He probably shat himself.

No, with general fucking common sense, and even mediocre parenting, but especially with proper training, medication and various forms of therapy, an autistic person like Chris or even one lower-functioning can be a somewhat productive and non-disruptive member of society. Bob and Barb were simply not good parents nor were they equipped or willing to take care of Chris in the ways that he needed. The time he grew up in was also nowhere near as adept at accommodating or training people with autism to do much of anything at all. Chris, while certainly a shitty person and while I am certain he was an absolute terrorist as a child, was failed by his parents.

It hasn't been talked about much, but his letter to Mary Lee Walsh and Chris's subsequent banning from PVCC. And the Snyder interview.

I'm just tellin' all da people in my power to get errything offa dere!

I wonder what Bobert thought when Chris said that. We know Bob was well acquainted with the engineering side of technology but I don't think he was much of a computer guy, maybe he actually genuinely believed Chris had an army of fans in his command.

This is one of my favorites. Chris thinking he was personally responsible for taking down ED, the terrible camera work filming his drawings, his singing. It's like the whole essence of CWC's early life in a single video.

I just love the fact that he has a college degree. It took him 3 or 4 times the normal duration, his grades likely scraped the bottom of the barrel, he got suspended a few times and had a personal vendetta with that dean, but by God he did it.

Bob and Barb's mainstream parenting has paid off (in humiliation, embarrassment and harassment).
