I can't speak for the identities of the parties involved, but the linked file is definitely a bound, supine middle-aged woman being mounted and possibly penetrated by an overweight white man, credibly the one in the pictures linked above. Yep, she is about 60. Menopause hit this bitch like a sledgehammer.
 
She was born in an age when the autism issue was swept under the rug, so I am surprised she looks slim, healthy and socializes too.

Or...maybe being born in an age that wasn't ruled by the special snowflake syndrome helped her not being obsessed with her condition, at least in the old days.

Rate me horrifying but I am sure she was pretty, or at least pleasant to the eye, before menopause powerslammed her through a set of tables.

I too was surprised to see how normal she looks - at least in her published/leaked photos.

That said, she's probably always been crazy as fuck in that special autist way.
