Ahahahahahaha - I actually own the legends size one.

That cap isn't painted orange - it's cast in orange plastic, the entire barrel, the actual shaft is only painted gray to make it look like only the cap is orange.

That is why, you're right. But Chris is also completely enabled in that behavior. Barb isn't making him get a job, the state will give him tugboat either way. Why would he get a job he doesn't want? To win your approval? He doesn't care. Chris is fine with having trolls think he's a shitty person.

Even if he doesn't get paid to work he would still be able to get out. My workplace has some autistic adults that come into the store a couple times a week to clean up the toy shelves and help organize. As payment all of the employees bought them some vidya with our discounts. Chris would go crazy in a place like that, unless he was put in charge of the sega area... I could just see the poor inventory crews finding blue arms jammed behind the shelves.

I mean I agree he could work, but he sees no tangible benefit to him. Like the benefit here is he learns some discipline and goes out of his comfort zone and grows up a little. Literally something he's been avoiding his whole life. No one is pushing Chris to get a job, but the trolls, so he's fine to coast on tugboat. I agree he should get a job, for the same reasons you do. I just don't think it's a realistic thing to expect to happen given Chris's given life setup.

He's unaware of how inappropriate he's being. But you have to remember, Chris's interaction with the trolls is different these days. He's grown accustom to accepting money from them and nothing bad happening to him. People who will shame him for e-begging are literally people chris doesn't give a fuck about. What choice would you pick if you were Chris? These people say they like me and want to give me money.... these people hate me and want to see me miserable. It's an easy choice for him.
