Literally all I got out of it was the following:
Trolls contacted Chris to help them conceive a child. One wanted a natural process (aka: sex), the other wanted artificial. Then they both decided on natural process.
It wasn't just Chris in the male-gene-pool though; there was another guy.
When they were in a chat room, the guy googled Chris's name and found all the shit he's done and brought it up to the two lesbians. Sorta as proof that Chris wouldn't be fit as a sperm-donator. From the little that can be made out from Chris, he brought up the cake-fart video, the Megan drawing, the BlueSpike stuff, and the troll girlfriends.
Chris was told that the guy he was competing against was an ex gay porn star who got fired for having an STD and he brought it up to the lesbians.
In Chris's mind, the debate is still up as to who will get to have sex with the lesbians so he's trying to say that he obviously has better sexual prowess than an ex gay porn star.

I think he might, on some level at least. But, if it's true, he gets lesbian sex, and a daughter. So he takes the gamble.
This theory is consistent with the idea that he turns away any contact that doesn't bring him anything he wants. If a friendly stranger contacts him, he is likely to dismiss it or ignore it, thinking "good chance this is a troll, and if it isn't, all I get is a friendly chat? Not worth the risk." But if you offer him something he really wants, his calculus becomes different.
It is also consistent, I think, with some of the Jackie and Catherine emails. He seems suspicious, but not willing to give up the chance of a good thing.
It also struck me that he mentioned the lesbians are planning to have a daughter. I wonder why he accepted that one, without considering the prospect there might be a son.
I suppose the most likely answer is that he is an idiot, so that if someone says to him "I want to conceive a daughter", he shrugs and says ok. But there are more amusing possibilities. Does he think that his own "feminity" will make the child a girl? Does he figure the child will be brought up as a (tom)girl even if he is biologically male? Does he see this as some sort of divine plan, so Godbear will ensure it is a girl?
I know, I probably gave Chris both way too much and way too little credit in this post.

I find it especially hilarious that Chris brags about being high-functionning in what is arguably his most confusing video in a long time. Seriously, it's the first time not even the transcript makes any sense to me.
