Can you imagine the damage being done to his fellow lunatics forced to sit through Group Therapy with him?

he's going to interrupt people and start monologuing shit from his lego dr wolf video.
that's when they kick him from that session and tell him he doesn't get credit for joining that day.

it'll take him a long-ass time to learn to listen to people. not anything else, just listening skills. like, "chris can you tell us what joebob said?"

[unless he's flirting] i've never heard him converse without taking a few words he needed from what they said to make a ridiculously transparent segway into "muh empathy helps as a goddess".

Late, I know, but what I reckon is happening with Chris right now is exactly what Null said would happen to him - they're most likely feeding him medication that will 'turn him into a zombie.'

Chris has stated that he was on some medication before, presumably to assist with his mental problems, and if I recall correctly, he stated that he came off of them, leading to his worsening mental decline. I'm no doctor, but I'd assume that whoever's in charge of whatever medical facility he's currently at assessed the situation and prescribed him something to even out his erratic behaviour, a.k.a, all of the moonman talk about dimensional merges, imaginary friends, being a tomgirl, punching walls and therapy sessions involving plugging his decaying mom up like he was stuffing a thanksgiving turkey.

I don't know if this means that we'll see a more lucid Chris that actually seems kinda normal (or at least his pre-Tomgirl self.)
Either way, I can only imagine that everyone's first impression upon seeing him would be that they have NEVER seen anything like Chris before.

If only they could access the CWCki and see for themselves just how far that rabbit hole goes.

they finally might be driven to take a serious look. they need to see for themselves how much of his 'fame' is real, or part of his delusions.

sure they've gotten enough ween phone calls to know he has some notoriety, but how many "Jesus"es do they have that can say,
"i learned about my fake toxic haters by watching my docu-series"
?
and then, it's fuckin true ! ?

Agreed. I highly doubt Chris will ever be given his SSI and be able to live freely on his own again. Those safety nets are gone once you get in serious legal trouble like this.

They can't take his SSDI away. You never lose it unless you become non-disabled (either by a doctor claiming his autism is cured, or by him demonstrating it by becoming regularly gainfully employed above a certain income threshold) It's only suspended when you're in custody post-conviction or in the funny farm. He can get it turned on again as soon as he's released.

Fucking with the TV and constantly putting on autistic shit will probably piss off the other patients. He'd end up bitch slapped and told to knock that shit off, at best.
Chris has been used to getting his own way since he was a boy, so of course this would be a likely outcome. That's what happens when one is spoiled rotten.

Yes, but that's only if you're incarcerated for less than a year. After a year, then you have to do the whole applying process again, and it will be much tougher now.

For SSI yes, for SSDI, no. This is why it was important that Bob had documentation that Chris was disabled before he turned 18. There's a brief window where you can auto-qualify for SSDI after you turn 18.

nah.
chris is what the SS case workers call a "lifer". they don't bother with all the hoops to jump through when you look and act like chris. they have real cases of fraud to track.

they'll just tell him to come back with a letter from a doctor that says,
"crippling [mental condition], will not improve. unable to work indefinitely."

for real. if chris says anything about autism in his introduction as CPU goddess blueheart, they'll write that script down just like that for him. big like elepgant shit on photo copier paper with a sharpie.
and they'll say,
"go to any doctor and have him write THIS on his prescription pad and sign it."

done.

"GTFO alicorn christ. i'm busy with reddit mods with fibromyalgia!"

then it'll take 2 months for the tugboat to direct deposit. nothing special.

I think everyone knows that Chris's story wouldn't have a happy ending, now it's just a matter of what shade of depressing it is when he finally passes the iron curtain.
I honestly thought the story would end by now with Chris having a heart attack due to his poor eating habbits and severe lack of exercise which is to the point where just standing in one place gets him out of breath making him think that standing up is actual exercise.

His parents lived a long time. Chris has half a chance thanks to genetics.

Of all Chris's insane claims, from the goddess shit to the merge, the claim that he has empathy is the most outlandish.

Chris wouldn't even get the house since it got refinanced in a second mortgage or something. The moment Barb would have died, the bank could have come calling for the money Chris doesn't have (given his history of non payments on bills) and immediately forced him out of the house after his 'grace' period to fetch his belongings got run out and Chris naturally would have tried stalling for time.

As it stands, on what little information we have I'm pretty sure that Barb's relatives have packed her up somewhere away from 14BC so it isn't a pain in the ass to go there constantly for her sake, and its likely the majority if not entirety of the hoard is long gone, taken away by those junk collection companies. The house is being extensively cleaned and possibly repaired (we've seen how much damage the Chandlers can do to a house in perfect condition in only a few months after all) and ultimately will be surrendered to the bank if they haven't already taken ownership given Barb is all but an invalid at this point and Chris is in the nuthouse. Anything Chris could have stood to inherit is gone.
I did some research on the whole inheritance thing. What I found is that the bank can't automatically call the entire remainder of the mortgage due upon death of the owner. First, the heir has a chance to take over the mortgage payments. If that person cannot or will not, or does not meet the criteria for ability to make the payments, and no one else steps up to buy it and make those payments either, then the bank can take the house.

Chris is incompetent and meets zero criteria, so then foreclosure would follow. And nobody would buy that house in the state it's in. I also doubt that Barb can keep up the payments minus Chris's tugboat. She will probably end up in a terrible seniors home that takes social security bc she's obviously indigent.

Of course, sensible as that all sounds, it all depends on whether Chris can be persuaded to plead guilty. Given that he seems to think that he can do no wrong, that could be kinda tough.
I can honestly see him trying that by playing the autism card again.

If Chris planned on getting a job, pleading guilty would be a problem. People don’t like to hire you if you have a criminal record. We all know he isn’t getting a job, though. It might hurt his ability to find a place to live, though; landlords don’t like a criminal record and housing programs aren’t always good with them, either, especially not sex offenses.
