Hanging around pre-trial alleged criminals is apart of being in mental hospitals. For the most part they aren't that different than everyone else, except some do weird prison shit like making alcohol out of fruit in trash cans.

You get to see alleged wife beaters, alleged molesters, all sorts of people

And then for the antsy or violent pre-trial alleged criminals, they just put them on super-duper doses of sedatives

none of this really relates to Chris, just though of it though

If the rumors are correct and the house has been cleared out, they are probably already lost. I don't see any way of obtaining the comics unless somebody wants to be trash digger 2.0.

But I think it doesn't matter, Chris edits the text with photoshop anyway, so the hand drawn versions aren't complete. Still, he probably has lots of other drawings that are now gone. It is a shame that Chris's only contribution to humanity, his (shitty) art, is now lost though.

Not entirely. CWCki should have almost all the artwork Chris has publicly released. So even though they might not be the original works we still have decent quality (that you can get from Chris) with many photocopied. Since Chris did the one thing right and actual added the test post process.

Barb should get arrested too, until she can prove to a medical professional that she has severe dementia and was unable to consent.

She has almost certainly been exaggerating her condition for sympathy in the past, I don't know how bad her condition is now, but I'm not going to trust Snorlax that easily.

You explain to the judge why you arrested a little old lady. It’s just not worth it for something like this.

I've said it before, but this is punishment enough for Borb. Now we don't know for """""sure""""" if she was complacent, but if she was. She got what she deserved. I hope that holy sonichu duck healing was worth it Borb.

That being said. I don't think anyone, not even us. Would want to believe she agreed. It's best to just to let her live out the rest of her miserable life as is. There's enough evidence for incest, but I'm positive Barb isn't cooperating and there's not enough evidence for rape. Because let's be honest, do you really want to look deeper into it? I'm sure everyone in Ruckersville just wants it to be over and done with for good.

He is still in the custody of Greene County, regardless of where he is contained. (CVRJ is in Orange County, but he was still in Greene County custody when he was there).

No, VA criminal procedure allows a court to have a defendant placed in a designated psychiatric facility if the court determines it appropriate to do so. There are probably only a few backlogged DHHS accredited employees who are able to make the call. When this happens, it's almost like a special form of bail. The judge is letting the inmate out of jail but into DHHS custody.
This is important because there are many jail inmates that a prison hospital or psychiatric unit could handle, but a local jail cannot. They can't be put in a prison hospital because they have no convictions, but they can be put in a state hospital according to intake procedures. Jails don't have the suicide-proofing that hospitals do. They have ways to keep inmates from self harming in the short term, but they bring constitutional challenges long term. Hospitals have doctors who can load Chris on antipsychotics and sedatives until he stops doing whatever they don't want him to do.

This is all how it's supposed to work. I'm sure all of these facilities are filled to the brim and people with serious mental illnesses have to stick it out in local jail all the time. Crazy people who do less serious crimes just get dumped because the state doesn't want to pay for treatment.

A year ago I would have found a post like this too mean. These days whatever sympathy I had for Chris is long gone.
