Feb 28, 2022 - Chris transferred to another facility

It would've been one of the best possible things to happen to Chris if Michael Snyder didn't drop the charges against him and he was forced to actually deal with real consequences for impulsive actions while he was still relatively young. Maybe the crafty jew was playing 5d chess and wanted to see how crazy chris could get , can't really blame him for not wanting to deal with this clown anymore than he had to.

But yet another example of how turn the other cheek philosophy is no longer good for society if it ever was;. Is it really worth the moral high ground of letting a tard run free for committing felony assault? I'd really love to know what Snyder thinks of the current situation but he's probably dead or quietly living the chris-free dream
The Snyder incident put the blame on Barb as having been in the driver's seat so she got the full brunt of the punishment which I'd like to say involved jail time but I'd need to check the wiki, in addition to Bob's pension being pissed away on Bell. Chris was going to get charged with something minor but Snyder wanted it dropped because even after everything, he felt Chris still had a chance to not be a complete failure of a human being.

Chris, being Chris, was angry because the judge didn't instantly rule that Chris deserved ownership of the game store.

Plus, it isn't like the charges would have done much anyway, Chris was younger then and that would have been his first offense. We saw how the system handled Chris in the wake of the macing incident which largely was nothing but a net result of wasting a lot of people's time for no change in Chris's behavior other than finding other ways to get revenge on places banning him (I.E. the glitterbomb).

The real problem is that Chris doesn't get any positive reinforcement in his life for actually good things. Things he may not necessarily like and thus not be inclined to do them, as compared to the stupid shit encouraged by malicious parties like the Idea Guys or Bella who feed his delusions because in the end Chris wants affirmation into his existing self-biased viewpoints. Chris is going to hate the psych ward, because it's purpose-built to destroy things like his beloved C-137 CWCville escapist reality. The moon laser the Idea Guys were talking about is charging as we speak...

This bring up another point, though: how is Barb getting around for her daily dose of Sheetz and Goodwill? I think we would have a lot more insight on the state of Chris if we knew exactly how Barb is managing without him.
Barb better not be going to Sheetz and Goodwill given her supposed mental state. I only feel a bit of pity for Barb because she was allegedly raped by Chris while mentally impaired and nobody deserves that.

However, if it comes to light that she was a willing participant, not mentally impaired and still functioning just fine on her own then I will hate her more than I already do.

Not sure which scenario is more fucked up, Barb having dementia and getting raped by Chris, or Barb being such an insatiable whore that her last act on this earth was to fuck over her son for the rest of his life to appease her urges.

I read a thing about how it isn’t until around the age of 5 a child begins to distinguish between themselves and the world around them as separate things.

more like, "i'm not the center of the universe. when i'm not around everyone else still exists independently of me observing it."

chris never got there, and i believe it's why he thinks he's special beyond regular megalomania.

Chris would still have refused to accept responsibility, and would only have ended up blaming and hating Snyder more.
just like right now he's screaming, "i don't belong here, null does! null didn't need to tell on me! see you're misunderstanding?"

and barbussy was only an issue because bella's phone was hacked.

it's never chris' actions that were wrong. the "misunderstandings" all stem from getting caught. he's incapable of shame. right @Mariposa Electrique ?
seek/avoid. no emotions.

Yeah, he has no understanding of what's going on. Null telling the police that Chris violated his EPO isn't even a factor in him being arrested, it would have happened anyway. As far as we know he isn't even being charged for that.

And he still thinks that it's Bella who failed the divine test, not that him doing incest was wrong in the first place (still, fuck Bella, she was happy to sit on that info instead for her own gayops purposes)

He never fucking learns

Barb is a senile waifu who has no choice but to be cared by her estranged family who don't like her and who also have no choice unless they want to send her to some state institution.

But how do they feel about that, both Tom and Harried and Barb?

Is Barb happy being dependent on the mercies of Toma and Harriet? Or does Barb actually want Chris back to be her chauffeur and servant, even with all the (possibly) unwanted side benefits?

The answer could mean a lot for the eventual outcome of the Jail Saga.

And when would they ever let a relative of theirs end up there?

I believe that would be July 31st, 2021.

The real problem is that Chris doesn't get any positive reinforcement in his life for actually good things.

What would those be? I'm not saying it's impossible, but I cannot recall a single example of actual altruism from Chris.

Barb better not a lot of things. That's never stopped her before.

Among other things, Chris loves boasting how he's famous on the internet and how he demands to have access to it. A lot of people at this point know who Chris is (thanks in part to raping his mom), and well, to the shock of no one, the internet's done more harm than good for Chris. There would be a consensus to shut off that service to Chris for the remainder of his life. Or at least if he wised up and ceased his magical thinking. This is basically the lumberjack cutting it down alternative scenario.
Bob is swinging his axe from beyond the grave!!
"SHUT THAT GODDAMN THING OFF!"

That is amazing, but I would say the interesting part is that Chris no longer understands the legal system. The previous two times were no issue, but the situation has deteriorated to the point that they can't proceed.
Well of course Chris doesn't know the law, he knows the law only by Harvey Birdman terms, and he expects this will all end like an episode, that he'll go home and be able to do his childish shit again.

Chris needs this forced mental stability more than ever, and the deep shot of Thorazine in the ass when he goes full on Super Saiyan anger when they finally rule he's not allowed to be near Barb again.

Give me my puzzle piece, but it's about time Chris does face consequences for his actions, because I know he won't learn, but because I don't want some alleged rapist on the street going after "easy pickings"

Hey does anyone know what the deal with Chris trying to escape from jail? I remember seeing a video a while ago of Chris without his pants running away from the cops and getting tazed. Does anyone know if that is real or what the backstory to it is? Thanks and God bless.
Doesn't sound real but it still sounds like it'd be funny

I've said this before to other replies, but Chris does not need to 'know the law.' The courts require a much, much lower standard for competency where Chris simply understands where he is, what the charges say he did, what the consequences may be, and that the defense attorney is on his side and he should listen. The strong majority of those facing charges in any court probably think that Judge Judy or My Cousin Vinny are good approximations of an actual court. That understanding really is entirely sufficient for the courts to consider you competent to stand trial; you know a basically accurate answer to the question "what is going on?" and your attorney or a public defender can set you straight from there.

I'm only slightly joking when I say that the Sonichu issue with the trial against the Trolls shows sufficient understanding to be deemed competent. It's obviously ludicrous in the details and outcome, but it does indeed show that Chris, at the time of drawing it, understood what a court is, what charges and guilt are, and other broad strokes like that. That's all that the average person knows about courts too. Before this saga began, who here (besides the few generous legal-kiwis who have shared their insight) had any more sophisticated understanding of court proceedings beyond what they saw on Better Call Saul? That level of understanding is all the court expects.

My point is that this is an extremely low bar to meet and Chris has successfully passed it twice before. Chris is at a much worse place mentally than in the Classic Chris days.

The alternative is that Chris is just so lost in fantasy that cooperation with Heilberg is impossible, which is also a massive deterioration in ability to function. If someone knows more about the law or mental health than I do, please correct me, but I think that we don't yet appreciate yet how significant this hospitalization is.

They might as well put a bullet in his head and call it a day, Chris' only purpose in life at this point is to make a fool of himself and put it online for the world to see. There is nothing else he is good for. In a symbolic sense, if you disconnect Chris from the iNTERNET you "kill" the real Chris.
