my first input is monsoon from MGR, not just because i'm a retarded metal gear sperg, but he would probably be invested in what goes behind making one human so endearingly retarded. memes and such.

Panty and Stocking from the respective show? They’re both terrible people and every episode has them bullying people and using hilarious, offensive dialogue that bounce off each other. Perfect Kiwis.

Nah Squidward wouldn't be an artcow. His art always features himself but the only people who don't like it are the characters within the show, while IRL people seem to mention his work a lot (Bold and Brash comes to mind). I can totally imagine Squidward making a thread on Spongebob or Patrick in a similar vein to how Mimms and Lucas first introduced SA to the world of Chris-Chan.

I think Susie from Deltarune would probably have a blast here. I imagine she'd follow multiple threads and shitpost as much as possible whenever cows she follows come to the Farms to screech at us to take our threads about them down.
