If you think about, trannies are basically to nerd subcultures what muslims are to European countries. They flood into a country/community under the pretense that they just want a better life/love the thing the community is about. But they not only refuse to assimilate into the local culture, but they seem to actively hate it for not being just like their original community. They form ghettos within the community they invaded and start trying to forcibly push their beliefs and culture at the expense of the native culture. And if you complain about it and say they should leave if they don't want to fit in, then you get arrested for hatespeech/banned for being a gatekeeping bigot.

LGBTQ use people's weakness of not wanting to be the asshole for denying someone based on who they are/what they represent. They position themselves as a "weaker group" so that you always look bad when you criticise them.

Kinda similar if you are a man and you hit a woman it's looked down upon. It's that dynamic but perverted for their own benefit.

So any critique on their behaviour is framed as if you hate them and want them to die for being transgender.

In reality it's like a person taking a shit in your yard and you telling them to fuck off and immedately acting like a victim of a hate crime lmao.

Crosspost, TL;DR Smash player Hax died, most likely from suicide from being turbo-bullied out of what he dedicated his life to. The people who shat on him and pushed him to this point rushed to post their condolences, Technicals (and thefranChise but he's less of a Melee Boogieman) covered it in detail and showed how horrific the (Melee) Smash community is (again), Plebbitors went into overdrive to demonize Tech (again) and somehow got the video taken down with denied appeal. And guess who specifically managed to take it down? The main group who harrassed Hax into potential suicide! Lovely world ain't it?

It's crazy that FChamp can get banned (and is still banned) for making a joke, but UMISHO can make false allegations of sexual assault while being exposed as a complete and total sex pest and still be able to compete in Combo Breaker 2025, and win the tournament, no less. I don't care about Strive anymore, but I've been a Guilty Gear player for a decade and a half, and it still baffles me how the community got to this fucking point. Tranny privilege at its finest.

Not a good look for Combo Breaker to host a sex pest troon and the main reasons Hax is now dead in the same fucking major. If Strive wasn't cooked then, it's definitely cooked now.

Maybe I'm fucking old, but I remember the FGC being harder than what it is now. If we saw a pic like this in, say, Dustloop forums back in, like, 2008, we'd laugh and fucking pin it in a thread. But FChamp makes on watermelon joke, and that's enough for a permaban. Yet UMISHO made false allegations about sexual assault, almsot drove RedIAmNot to suicide, revealed he lied about the whole thing, and didn't apologize for it, and he can come to a fucking MAJOR.

Where the fuck is the standard?

I don't know if my scene was harder back in the day, but I'd say it was more focused on the actual game. Players were pretty polite and trash talk never really happened. I don't remember a single time of somebody bringing up their sexuality or inappropriate stuff, just generally civilized with some regional rivalries.
Nowadays people are sharing memes constantly about how gay they are, the rainbow flag is constantly in sight, half the community is on estrogen, and saying anything slightly critical of leftist beliefs will end with cancellation attempts.
The other day I was listening to some of the good tracks from the Under Night OST and it made me nostalgic enough to look at the old discord and all my good feelings evaporated as soon as I started reading. The scene is dead and it will never recover in time for me to enjoy it again.

The only standard is gay lefty shit is good, anything else is bad and evil.

Fchamp was calling people(Kazunoko specifically) nigger and faggot as 'recent' as 2012 and nobody gave a fuck. But yeah a watermelon pic during saint Floyd summer is what did him in
 
Maybe it's just me but it it seems like all the faggot-troony it more prevalent in the anime/indie/SF arenas.
I don't notice it as much in SNK land, but it think that might have something to do with the combo of Saudi ownership and the general machismo of the Mexican/South American crowd.

That's the problem with the Smash community as a whole. If they learned how to keep their own houses in order, Technicals would be out of a job. Instead, they use Tech to absolve themselves of any wrongdoing, and when he calls it out, they sperg out.
