Summary:

1-2-3
Inner release / Infuriate (if you're lazy) every minute
Fel Cleave-Fel Cleave-Fel Cleave-Fel Cleave 2 but it spins- BIG Fel Cleave
Resume 1-2-3 for another minute

IMO they're still harder to play than SMN and all the healers due to needing to manage a single buff, being melee and atleast one oGCD while AFK 1-2-3'ing. They also have SOME room for optimization with Infuriate but most people (retards) cannot be asked to do that so you can just press it when the button turns shiny if you're dumb.
The main complaints come from their insanely game-breakingly overpowered ability Bloodwhetting, which rewards a flat heal per target hit during the duration. This means that, for 8 seconds following a Bloodwhetting activation, the WAR is effectively... Immortal (on a 17 second cooldown if you account for the CD minus Duration).
They can also give this effect to another party member as well as other broken AoE heal/shields like Shake It Off allowing them to solo heal everything in dungeons, so if you didn't think healers we're completely obsolete in dungeons before (despite 3 dps parties having been standard for years now in PF) WAR really just pisses on the grave of the roll for good measure.

Apparently the bandit gang you run into at Many Fires were child laborers from Shaaloani who were forced to mine ceruleum in a literal mine LOL. They escaped their slavemasters by hiding in barrells disguised as shipments to the city and then fled to Kozama'uka and became bandits to make a living.
After the rite and the thrashing we gave them, they turned themselves in and returned everything they stole. The people they stole from felt sorry for them and seeing that they wanted to honestly turn over a new leaf, asked Wuk to go easy on them. So Wuk decided to let them go on parole. Liplu then decides to use them and put them to work for her so she can have more staff for cheaper cost.

Dont worry Living Death youll always be my favorite "immortality" skill for tanks.


Ngl Warrior sounds boring to play. At the same time sounds pretty strong so i understand people wanting to play it for the "no thoughts head empty" style. I think ill stick with DRK as my main tank and learn gunbreaker when i finish leveling DRK to 100.

WAR is just DRK but without the oGCD's. Their general flow of "do nothing but 1-2-3 for 1 minute then press inner Release/Delirium then Bloodspille/Fel Cleave a bunch" is the same. What with the new changes to MP on DRK in DT you don't even manage MP with Edge of Darkness anymore since it wont have time to overcap before the next burst window, this means that the ideal DRK rotation just doesn't press anything but 1-2-3 inbetween bursts since they can't drop darkside/overcap. I would even argue that DRK is far easier to play simply due to not having any room for optimization besides pre using Living Shadow before burst (bare minimum effort/knowledge how the skill works, press on CD after first) or the random increased range on Disesteem to squeeze out some slight DPS. WAR does actually need to track Infuriate which requires active thought for optimal play but like I said most don't.

Sasuga da ne, Yoshi-sama. Just release the same job twice since we can't be fucked to fix Dark Arts. I kneel.

It is and it isn't, because part of the thing that'll keep Warrior debatably "interesting" is marveling at how much stupid shit you can just do on your own.

Hell I have yet to see anyone try to find anything to be offended by with DT. DT is so barebones beyond visual inspirations from more normal mesoamerican cultures that there is no real thing to bitch about, its a regular JRPG nation in turmoil with a taco and llama coat of paint with a side of latinx mezcal

Plus they allegedly did have some random sensitivity reader fag come in and probably sand over the more contentious aspects. Everytime an SBI type comes in im honestly deathly curious on what they remove since most of the time either something worse slips by (e.g the John Stuart bio in Suicide Squad) or it ends up being a YA-tier carebear story (Homeworld 3)

The Overton window is stuck on "Sena Bryer can do no wrong", so don't expect any criticisms about DT until things shift away from that.

Then again, nobody ever talks about how Lalafells are Jews either (even though Lalafell players act every bit as persecuted as Jews), so I wouldn't get my hopes up.

Because there isn't really anything for them to sink their teeth into.

All of this heckin' culture we need to be respectin' the heck out of is so milquetoast and uninspired. The Pelus do have a basis in Aztec culture, as there was a wandering merchant caste, and are based off of shit from FFX.

I think there's juuuuuust enough of a spin on things that the usual whiners are uncertain about things, so they're shutting up out of confusion and not wanting to badmouth one of the 'good' games.

Everything else is just surface level inoffensive shit. Has anyone mentioned TACOS yet?!?!!??!

Beyond that, nothing in Tural's worldbuilding makes any sense and it all falls apart when you really start examining individual bits and pieces. A shitty story where the only defense is accusing people of being transphobic and people are largely trying to worm away from it means people don't want to be drawing anymore attention to DT than they have to.

Made it to diamond tier in ranked CC. Dunno if I care enough to keep going and maintain it (we can go down in tier I'm assuming?) since it's been a ton of matches to get this far. Kinda neat to be on the board in my first ranked PVP season though.

I know it's petty and dumb but I would enjoy flexing that cool portrait frame on people. The question is whether or not that kind of vanity is worth the eternal grind.
 
I think in general the west doesn't know how to approach native american culture besides surface level shit, and the one Hollywood movie that was made about it got attacked for portraying some of the natives ti be bloodthirsty tyrants oppressing weaker tribes, people with native ancestry seemingly love it though
