Wack, I don't understand their intention. Like is it just a dude that cross-dresses but also has booba? People create the weirdest lore for their characters.

I have someone kinda like that in another ffxiv discord server where this one cat guy won't stop posting screenshots of his modded character shirtless. It doesn't make me uncomfortable or anything it's just a weird daily ritual with him.
Like all I can imagine him doing is "oh boy time to log in and take my daily screenshot and log off."
 
Reminds me of a few months ago when "androgynous mods" were starting to come out and the modder was using in-game child mods to do it which was weird as fuck
edit: want to clarify that they also posted nsfw stuff using the modded characters which made it worse

Judging from the pronouns in the username, the person who owns the character is very likely a fujo troon who made that character for self-insertion goals.

Yep. Everything checks out. Though people like this are all over the place in XIV and probably aren't worth much more than a passing glance and minor derision. Not unless you can find something particularly exceptional about this faggot, and there's probably something on him given how people like this always seem to have skeletons in their closet.
