I would say they could send us with Tiamat, especially since Tiamat LIVED there, but considering how short the memories of the people left in charge of DT are, she's probably been lost in a void hole somewhere and we'll never see her again. Hell, we're good buddies with Hraesvelgr too. They sure as shit made sure to drag Vrtra and Azdaja out during DT for "le big epic battle scene" almost like they forgot about all the other members of the first brood we've encountered that aren't doing much or would likely feel like they owe us some debt. Or even some of their more powerful children for that matter.
After I entered the giant dome in Shaaloani, following the "most interesting" part of the expansion (traveling with Erenville and Estinien in Texas) being cut short by fucking anime princess Spheeeene, I started skipping cutscenes, so I am so glad that I missed those two fighting.
Azdaja didn't do any fighting, she mostly sat around on a balcony with Mexican G'raha while Vrtra did all the work.

In their defense, transfers to new or preferred worlds are totally free and the time it takes to DC hop is less than a minute, even when you're going to Crystal or Aether.
