Jesus Chicken finale? Based.
It was pretty gross. Jet kept touching his burger before touching others.
At times of a long pause he'd pick up the burger towards his mouth to quickly put it down and start touching someone else with his greasy palms.
It was like watching Nick Rekieta trying to drink booze forgetting that the glass is empty.

yes.
The property has a few buildings. Seems like they've got a Woodshop ( 2.5 production office ) a Guest House, and a Main House.

from the listing:
Plus a separate 1156 SF Guest house , 4 rooms, 1 bath and separate septic system & well, above a 4 stall garage.

so i imagine the NPCs were staying there.

also from the listings:
The Lower level offers a 47 x 30 Entertainment room with a circular rosewood wet bar and dance floor
a dance floor? i hope they make use of that in S3. let's get some awkward drunk fish dancing going on.

S1
I forgot to point out the viewership numbers on the cameras for the finale, the daytime stuff was high 5000s and the last hour maybe around 7500-7800. Not ideal at all. The whole season had lower numbers equivalent to the bottom of the trench for Season 2. One would think that once word spread that the season was actually good it would have increased viewership but it seems like Fishtank's community has been boiled down to only the most hardcore viewers. There was charts posted in the chat showing posting going on in /tv/ or the hashtags on twitter and each season is doing worse than the prior.

Is Fishtank profitable? Yes, is it growing? No, it seems to be the total opposite.
S1 was successful in part because (iirc) the whole idubbbbz saga was shortly before S1. S1 felt like Sams big return. The cancelled comedy is back with this new over the top reality show. I think S2 and the whole “see we’re all MDE fans” derailed the show

“1 bath”
imagine bathing in that bath after fatty has used it

I wonder if they are going to do anything interesting with this room? Throwing stuff at fish from the balcony?

I feel like this was the best season so far, but I watched far less of it than I did the previous seasons. Why? Because it’s the middle of summer. I was traveling, doing things outside, and had various work obligations. I suspect this was true of many other would be viewers too. There’s a reason that major TV seasons usually start airing in Fall/Winter.

This was also explicitly an experimental side project rather than a main season, so some viewers may not have tuned in on account of that. I know some people in this thread mentioned not watching for that reason.

I think Season 2 generally had more viewers than Season 1, so we will have to see what happens for Season 3 before we can really extrapolate IMO.

if all the NPCs and fish were relegated to that one bathroom, it would get pretty bad pretty quick. i hope jet allowed them to use the main house bathrooms.

and just thought about it, one bathroom for a four bedroom house? that seems not well thought out. at one time my grandparents had a three bedroom, one bathroom house, and with my brothers and grandparents staying there, that one bathroom wasn't enough.

so if my personal experience is any guidance, take that and multiply it by however many fish, NPCs , and crew you got, and that one bathroom isnt going to be anything close to enough.

I think people grab onto this as a coping mechanism for how badly production handled Season 2. The same was true for the Season 1 cast and when looking at the non-fan contestants they have always been far weaker than the ones that were. Simmons was fucking annoying, JC was flat as a board uninteresting and Shinji just ghosted out for 25 days. Meanwhile the most active or interesting fish were aware of who Sam was -- Letty, Tayleigh, Jimmy, Cole, Trish and Brian participated in the show fully and constantly tried doing stuff even if it ended up making them look stupid or pissed the audience off.

Season 2 started off with a stronger viewership than S1 but bled off fucking hard about two weeks in and never recovered. 2.5 opened with an audience of 5k which is lower than any point during either season and was billed with about as strong a roster as you could possible get with returning favorites known to be showing up even if they weren't contestants.

Also surely 4 bedrooms wasn’t enough all the NPCs ?. Im guessing some slept elsewhere. Im really curious to know what the BTS was like for this season especially with the living arrangements

The whole CK thing sent Brian into energy vampire mode

multiple people per room isnt new to fish tank. im sure if you put a couple of bunk beds into each room you could get all the NPCs into a 4 bedroom house. would be crowded though so unless you are trying for a hell house situation for the NPCs i wouldnt recomend it.

rate me optimistic(this is fishtank after all), but since season 3 is right around the corner im going to assume they already have beds and couches in the main house. so i wouldn't be surprised to find a spread of them, some in the main house some in the guest house.

also, i dont know if they bought this house with a guest house in mind, but if so, good for the wiggers learning from past seasons. i can imagine it being used in season 3 by the crew, which is something they really needed in season 1 and 2. from what i know of it, being trapped in the basement for the entire show really affected the crew. having a house to go to and sleep during the night after the fish go to bed or when they give the camera/monitor over to another crew should help out a lot.

I think the larping made 2.5 more interesting. They should do a big faggy autistic Clue murder mystery next. The tricky part would be preventing Jimmy from turning it into am irl murder scene.

I started off doubting I would enjoy this season at all. Returning contestants and RP wasn't appealing. Not to mention the sour taste that season 2 left but I was proven wrong. This for sure rivals the 1st season for me.
I don't normally look at Jet's Twitter because of how much of a smug mongoloid he is. But holy shit, now I understand why he has such an ego. So many retards were just stroking his ego. He's like a Discord Janny demanding kittens.
I'll hate on Jet and the wigger crews questionable choices, especially during the first 2 seasons. But I don't blame him for having a bit of a ego right now. He just hosted 3, soon to be 4 popular live shows as a 20 something year old. He can have a victory lap.

If I remember right, when Jet and Sam were talking in the woodchip room, Sam mentioned they should probably try keeping the S3 house clean throughout the season, guessing cleanup of the S2 house might've been too much.

considering this is a much bigger house, the clean up, if it sees the same level of destruction as S2, is going to b e insane. though tbf that was some mentally unstable MDE fans. if the talent agency picks more normie wannabe actors im not sure they will destroy it as much. though i do hope they do.

jimmy would be an awful choice for that kind of game. only fish worse would be jon. sure would make some content though, especially if one of the clues was something gay.

solve the murder: jon killed dumbgay in the basement with a big black dildo motivated by jealousy and feelings of sexual inadequacy.
