This and the first time it happened with Empathchan was the precursor to ADL 1, if ADL 2 comes shortly after all this shit like I think a lot of people are suspecting there's a demonstrable pattern of using defamation for financial gain if they want to go down that avenue.

Also Jon's throwing stones in glass houses, lets not forget this dude was caught messaging 16 year olds trying to fuck on IG after Season 1. He absolutely doesn't care about anything with Ellie, it's just another chance for him to try and get some twitter likes shitting on the wiggers.

Jon is an attention whore with no morals and that must be always remembered with everything related to him. Everything he says online is done to try getting attention. He'd have no problems with taking part in Jet's sex ring if he was invited to, but since he's been blacklisted for being an annoying, abrasive retard he's trying to grandstand against him.

I'm just saying, I don't think Sam Hyde or his associates, a guy who makes LLCs to shield his own assets, would threaten to sue an LLC that has no assets and no income and can dissolve instantly, rather than threatening Jonathan Curtis, a guy who has possibly more than 0 assets.

Fair enough, Jon definitely knows they do a bunch of sketchy legal shit which is why he's so confident to go on stream and talk shit still after getting the letter. He still defends Sam though, on today's stream he said that "Jet is destroying Sam Hydes reputation", that Jet corrupts Sam, and that he would be happy to replace Jet for Sam. I don't know if he actually believes Sam is some innocent angel or if he just realizes there's more to gain by being on Sam's good side.

He is only doing this cause he's bitter about his show and Jet. He has no problem screwing people over himself.

Sam Pepper was notorious for faking pranks back in like 2016. He even had a prank where he fake kidnapped and killed somone. So faking hitting an eye with a firework seems pretty on par for his usual antics.
