With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

Its funny as fuck how within minutes of me making that post they immediately came upstairs with hairclippers, then had a shit your pants challenge, then ended with darkweb fetish wrestling. I'm so sorry for what I unleashed lmao.

like if you're pro hell house i'd imagine you're not into twins and friendtank - they're opposites.

personally i got like a heavy feeling in my chest watching it and had to turn it off until it was over, it was too brutal.
still kind of feel gross about it. and if they didnt give the twins 20k or whatever at the end I'd be absolutely seething rn.

To me the problem is that both Twins and Drake gave a lot thinking challenges mattered, shitting themselves, rugburns, shaving their hair off for it to be all for nothing with a rigged final.
Frankly, two trained women would struggle against Drake. Bingo is a bag of bones, Bongo is at least not underweight but still a woman. Prod just handed it over to Drake and all the sacrifice and locking in, earn it girls! struggle! is just for nothing.

I was too, but even I had accepted Drake earning the W from their performance. had they just called it when Drake had a 3-4 point lead at 6:00 and gave the Twins the consolation 20k, they would of gone out of this season with such a fucking high. They literally snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.
 
Jet is once again asking for you to get him in touch with an investor/rich guy to help fund the show. I agree, show rich people the final challenge of each season and for season 4, show Sam's speech.

I always liked James, i figured it was going to come down to something physical in the end after he beat Bashir, and i was wondering when that happened, would he hesitate? he was like a big brother to the twins the entire season, did it matter to him? he clearly didn't enjoy doing it, but he also didn't hesitate to choke them out either. Him Bashir and Landon made the season for me.

I wonder, if given time, fans will eventually come to the realization that Drake actually played a really good social game and that is one of the main reasons why he avoided most of the torture type stuff other Fish, like Bashir, had to endure.

As a lapsed Big Brother viewer I recognized pretty early on that Drake was playing it like an actual reality show and was doing a good job of ingratiating himself to everyone in the house and manipulating people without making it obvious to the other Fish that he was manipulating them. Bashir stuck to his guns but was naturally more grating to other people because of how strong his opinions were. Drake went with the flow of things, for the most part, and in turn that helped him dodge a lot of things others weren't able to.

This is the only thing ill actually miss about this season. This odd-throuple banding together and btfo-ing degens was absolute peak, and that going on at the same time as the rivalry between Bashir and Drake was kino.
Shame Landon fell off so hard at the end, he really let himself go.

I'm not gonna retroactively glaze the guy that was blatantly favored and set up to torture two autistic skeletons sorry. Was a fun time to watch the antics this season when I could though (before this dogshit ending at least)
