Overall the book is extremely cursed and disturbing and the guy is clearly a deviant.

Nothing on his socials or in the book was explicitly pedophilic. It was however pretty suspect. He made a lot of off color comments that, when combined with his crossdressing habits were enough for people to call him a creep and want him kicked off.
