That would be interesting but are there known dates? Her vacation is from August 31st to September 7th. Popular speculation is that she's going to Canada and will meet with her current/former boyfriend, Winston. There is an anime convention in Toronto from September 1st-3rd but I'm not aware of any hard evidence on where she's going.
She said everyone will find out when she returns.

The wildest theory is that she's going to Canada where Winston will propose to her. This stems from an ad shown during her previous members stream.

One issue I see from this - the sort of people who can show up for a last-minute weekend party does not overlap perfectly with the people who can have an entire month available sometime in the next six months. Even if the "do you have a job that requires you to work 30 hours a week" is a filter it's still not much of one. I guess it's a way of maybe picking a top 8 or a top 4 or whatever and then having the runner ups be stand-ins and completely filtering out the Mauros, Simmonses, and Josies.

Also just summarizing my thoughts on the Alex Stein episode where Josie was a guest... just another example of Josie sitting and staring like she's watching TV, when she's on TV.

I don't believe her forgetting a week long vacation until a few days before it happens. The short notice prevents the usual suspects from figuring anything out in time. She's scatterbrained but I think plays it up as is convenient.

I actually went back and watched this just cuz I remember Damiel and Tai literally had a conversation about Damiel's career in the tank. It was odd at the time, Damiel had been in deep cover for two days bullshitting about his "baby" and crying about his mom, and Tai had just given a bunch of irrelevant advice to everyone else. And then out of nowhere Damiel starts hardcore rambling and the conversation went way longer than everyone else's. Tai literally tells him that after doing a bunch of random things he decided he needed to find something he would like to do whether it pays or not, and how at the age of 28 he landed on standup, and how a schedule of open mics forced him to become consistent and develop willpower. And then obviously scolds Damiel for saying nigga.

Damiel said his plans after the tank are: convert his fishbucks into merch and sell it, then make skateboarding content. Tai tells him to use his connections better and focus on his strengths.

Damiel is 28 and all Fishtank did was make him quit his two jobs, stop helping with rent, and go on IG Live butt naked in the shower. It was breaking up with Autumn and losing access to her nice apartment in Arizona that forced him listen to this advice. Maybe that's some kind of moral lesson about the mentality of the type of loser found on this show.
