I really don't think any of that is necessary, if they wanted to get people completely ignorant/oblivious fish they almost definitely can, they just have weird or outright retarded priorities when it comes to casting the fish.
I mean internet wise sure, Sam/MDE has its hold and notoriety but in the grand scheme it really isn't all that mainstream, chances are not a single neighbor of yours has any idea who he is or what any of his projects are.
They are either intentionally going for people who are likely to be familiar with them to avoid trouble (A fan is at least a bit less likely to sue you or leave on the spot) or it's a subconscious thing where they just happen to find people like them (MDE fans) funny and interesting and are unable to recognize it in themselves.
I don’t know why you got so many x reacts but I agree. None of my “normie” friends or coworkers my age know who Sam Hyde is or what Fishtank is. Most people don’t, I know some people get asshurt about that but it’s not like they’re casting for a big ass, already super famous Netflix reality show. As someone else a few posts above said they could absolutely pay for a service that advertises the show as a game show that lasts six weeks like Big Brother with cameras on at all times that include difficult challenges and name the main prize. Also, pay professional looking people to conduct interviews. I’m going to assume the wiggers do the interviews on zoom and even if they can’t see who is interviewing them they can hear their voices. It seems the wiggers conduct interviews based on the season 1 trailer. I don’t know about the legalities here, but maybe even disguise the name so applicants will have a harder time looking into exactly what show they’re going on. Weed out any MDE fans to the best of their abilities. If they do their own research or figure out what show they’re going on, not much you can do. But there are so many desperate retards out there who want money or fame that don’t know a thing about Sam Hyde so it is doable. I don’t like the MDE fan meetup aspect where they want to meet their idols, attempt to get them to like them and just leave. I don’t think a boring Mexican chick getting paid or told to yell and throw shit at a dude she doesn’t care about and his girlfriend is funny or entertaining.
Why is everyone acting like Cole is an autistic giga-chad king? He’s an aspiring actor trying to be Jon 2.0 after he saw how much attention Jon got from being a real autist on the show. Sure, Jon wanted to be famous but he had never heard of Sam until he got stuck at the airport and started watching the show while everyone else was already there. Even though Jon became unbearable and his ego went through the roof the beauty of him was that he’s actually autistic and couldn’t pick up on cues or simply didn’t care to in the house.
