final hopes before the season goes live:

-NO fantank. optimally at least 50% of the cast are non-fans.
-at least one insane contestant on par with Burt/Alex B
-house design/theme on par with season 2
-Sam appearance. even if he doesnt take over as host i want him there for a day or two
-Frank return. we're due a proper hassling.
-at least one or two HUGE freeloaders that hype everyone up
-no more than one or two returning contestants as freeloaders
-a twist that makes the season stand out after such a long drought, without it being too different from OG fishtank
-no technical issues (longshot)

thats about all that comes to mind at the moment but im sure theres more. as much doubt as i have, i cant help but be excited after such a long wait.

That's the first I've caught an official figure for contestants.

10 would of been to low for a real season of Fishtank, but is probably fine for a 4 week run.

Edit: I guess I'll throw in my predictions for the season. I think it's going to be aimless tank. Think the last 4 weeks of season 2 or the cleaning saga of 3. As soon as Jet's plans fall apart, they have nothing, they will flounder as they try to bump something a head in the schedule or call in a replacement. Your remember those moments in season 4 where they would angrily tell the Fish to be entertaining, that's going to be the majority of the season.

Not a totally disaster, but committing the most vile crime of being forgettable.
