With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

It was rigged from the start. Dumbgay posted about how the freeloaders were told to leave James alone. He was coddled all the way to the end. They fucked up rigging the trivia quiz, it was meant to be Drake vs Bashir in the end, that much is clear. I also think they want the final 3 to be with Landon. The candy was supposed to send the Twins home, but the melty scared them away from that I think. If she hadnt spoken about suicide so aggressively I think they would have sent them home.

Still, makes it funny to see all the paypigs lose their shit over the rigged show. Their chosen object of obsession never had a chance. Still think the whole "break Drake" thing is pure cope, they never pressed him on anything, guy just hung out and choked a few people for production.

Dumbgay and the midget were specifically brought in as backup because it was the entire house vs him at that point. Iirc there was even a poll on the site for doing so. They weren't told to coddle Drake just to back him up on that specific night.

Yeah anyone denying how rigged it was at this point are either just being dishonest or are literally retarded. Freeloader stuff and production not fucking with him enough is one thing, it's subjective to a degree, but Jet altering how the twins are judged last second makes is clear cut and undeniable. Also the whole narrative poll fiasco just further cements the bias.

He's a weedhead with the memory of a goldfish, dude was meant to be James' ally in the house for the siege hence why he was told not to fuck with Drake lol. He then proceeded to tell Bashir that attacking Drake was a good idea, and then both sieges played out. I just assume most people in here didn't really watch the show based on the fanfiction that's been posted since the ending.

I mean he is objectively a loser overall, he won the season but as with every season the pool of potential winners was pretty small. Production always wanted James Drake to at least make it to the end.

This is what sold me. This is like Mishima-level suicide fetishization. No one is bringing up the fact that if that ending was meant to be for Bahir, it still would have been rigged in James's favor by a long shot.
Bashir isn't martially trained and isn't built like James. It just would have been a repeat of their earlier fight. Just wouldn't have been as shameful.
But it's pretty ironic that the ending to the season where "the game actually matters this time" was a rig job no matter how you slice it.
 
james drake probably needed the money more than the twins.
even though theyre retarded they know they need to get an actual job instead of making trash promos on youtube that get 10 views (his family and friends) before fishtank fans find it.
