That zoophile over the hedge guy was also making a fan game with one of the fnaf e-celebs, the one with the dog avatar, ironically enough

The game was this one I guess

The e-celeb has since announced on twitter the game has been cancelled due to association with him, I think Doctor was the main modeller for the game, and to remove his stuff would basically mean remaking everything from scratch, so it was easier to cancel

new game looks as gay as the last one
is cawthon still designing games to appeal to youtube viewers

I thought the game was fine gameplay wise, kinda like the first one, I did feel some characters were underutilized and need more, and others that were missing should have appeared, but overall everything is fine as it is, and it will probably have dlc anyway

Lore wise, let's just say I'm incredibly confused with the endings, even more than expected from this franchise

Anyway here's some walkthorughs if you want to check out for yourself

i read the first fazbear frights book
it's written exactly like an RL Stine book (like Stephen King, Stine cannot get to the point) and the short stories are loosely related to fred funbear
one of them was just about someone wanting a better body then the devil a robot grants their wish but they slip up and die

I don't know if this is worth mentioning since it's mostly Twitter bullshit with a bunch of "he said", "she said" shit. But I've been trying to look into the situation revolving around Chris McCollough, a former FNAF voice actor who people are mad at for making some tweets in 2022 in regards to his wife cheating on him with a cosplayer who has an OF. Since he was removed from his titular role as Foxy for HW2, he thought it best to talk about it on stream.
Pic of Chris, very handsome lad
Screenshot 2023-12-17 000700.pngKellen with a fan

I am trying to get the full stream. However, at this point, I only have snippets; either because I'm retarded and can't find it, or he deleted it, or both. I cannot upload these snippets for some reason but trust that I do have them. Maybe I am just retarded, lmao.

He also mentions an instance where he wanted or was invited to VA in a 2D FNAF fangame based on the novel, "The Silver Eyes" that ended up being cancelled. Apparently, that would break his DMCA with Scott. He also mentions a fellow FNAF VA, Kellen Goff, calling him a "bullshitter" because allegedly he was the one who said to him that he couldn't appear in the fangame and that Scott nor anyone else told him he couldn't do it. It is worth noting that Kellen was his "replacement" as Foxy in both the FNAF Movie and Help Wanted 2. At the moment, whether this happened or not is all speculation.

Some Tweets from the Posted Video
The OG post

This might be a waste of time and possibly more trouble than it's worth.

EDIT: It is most likely Scott because Kellen mentioned in a Game Theory video that Scott's very particular about FNAF voices because replicated in any way except when it comes to Dawko apparently because Dawko meatrides Scott like there's no tomorrow

so why doesnt the restaurant in the first game just switch off the animatronics after they close
does the ectoplasm power them up and make them move around

The animatronics have a free-roaming mode turned on at night only so that their mechanics (servos) don't lock up so they will be able to move around during the day. The animatronics at this point in the plot are so old and worn out, they don't work as well as they did years ago.

Are they trying to get the game banned from steam like in itch.io?
Funnily enough there's a sharty thread when they were making up jokes for the specs and they had this exact concern
If it will actually get banned... idk. This game is very niche and the average person that bats an eye won't find anything offensive enough, it was a good idea not having troon wojak in the screenshots.
I can imagine some normie lets player who doesn't have the context playing it and causing uproar, or some gay ass fnaf e-celeb making some video titled "THE FNAF RIPOFF THAT COSTS REAL MONEY!!!" or something retarded like that, as long as the fnaf community doesn't put their massive autism and faggotry into trying to get the game banned, it should be safe, especially considering there's another soyjak based game that seems to be doing fine

A few months late, finally got to see the FNAF movie.

Overall... I liked it.

I went in with mid-level expectations, which probably helped. However there were a bunch of things that helped me warm up to the movie.

First is that, with one exception, it sticks mostly to stuff from the earliest games, anything from later is just a cheeky little reference. For me, FNAF will always be the original five plus Springtrap, none of the Remnant bullshit from the games was here, it was more straight paranormal.

One recurring thing that made me warm up was this avoided a lot of common traps in horror movies.

First, the protagonists are all very quick to catch on to things, almost as quick as the audience. When Vanessa knew where the restaurant keeps the tablecloths, I expected this to be one of those things that is a hint for the audience but that the main character never latches onto, but nope... within seconds he's outright saying "Wow you have a suspicious amount of knowledge."

Another thing Horror movies do that I usually dislike, is introducing a "monster" that is actually totally capable of speech and reason, but then still having them be someone you can't reason with or behave in totally nonunderstandible ways. This movie?... does the opposite. You quickly realize the animatronics are just kids, and they want to hang out with the little girl, and there's actually some warm moments where even the adults seem like they're bonding with them. Frankly if the danger element hadn't been introduced later, I could imagine Mike Shmidt actually liking this particular night job.

Which, even that danger element... the resolution involves communicating with the animatronics and letting them in on what really happened/who their enemy is, not them just being mindless servants of the bad guy.

Which even that makes some sense. I'm guessing from their dream interactions that this sort of implies a limited amount of cognition on the dead kids' part, and we all know how in dreams, we think weird. I could see them maybe misremembering the golden rabbit as a friend up until Abby's picture reveals the truth to them.

I think the real real I connected with it is that, instead of being straight "horror movie," its more like horror-fantasy in the vein of something like the old Goosebumps TV show--which makes sense as FNAF itself has become basically Goosebumps for modern kids (though Goosebumps had more range). As such, it actually avoided a lot of the cringe trappings of the horror genre.

And as a FNAF movie, its just nice that the movie tells a story and isn't just autistic theory-bait, which is what I went in expecting.

For what it's worth, there is a theory that the whole thing about "preventing servos from locking up" was in-universe management inventing a "rational" explanation for what is, in reality, haunted animatronics.

Here's a better question: What would happen if the FNAF world had THIS thing? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dCjMrkn0mKc

ok but if these things are trying to kill your guards, wouldn't you switch them off at night or redesign them
or is employing a minimum-wage guard at the risk of him dying less expensive than fixing your robots
i can understand why the protagonist in the first game would work such a shitty job if he has a really terrible record and can only do bottom-of-the-barrel jobs

Going with the theory... they DID try switching them off and they move anyway (because they're haunted), so rather than try anything else the corporates just bullshitted an excuse so they don't have to admit its literally ghosts.

I'm not sure how canonical this is, but one game does say a dude got fired for "tampering with the animatronics" which could mean he was trying to find an off switch.
