In all honesty, you probably just like media that's simple and easy to enjoy. And that's not necessarily an insult. I suppose it depends if you're gravitating because of the media itself, or the fandom itself. Because there's such a broad range of people who enjoy things. FNaF for example, sure you have insane tranny fans who thing the pronouns of a robot fox matter, but you've also got perfectly normal people who, idk, enjoy the endurance arcade-y gameplay of it. And part of enjoying something tends to be looking for supplementary media from the fandom. Knowing how to seperate art from the artist is a very good skill to have, especially in this day and age where everyone wants to overshare and you can click on an artist's twitter and be slammed in the face with degenerate kinks and pronoun shit.
There's a lot I like about it, from the arcade-y aspects to the well made fan material. The non-tranny ones at least. There's some great animations out there that complements the main series or just does its own thing while being good. I caught myself listening to some songs as well, sort of just happened.
Absolutely. The internet era has made it easy to find good shit and ignore garbage, however there's only so much you can ignore before its constantly thrown in your face and it's seemingly impossible to ignore it.
