This isn't even the first time Bernie has gone out of his way to get someone listed on the Kiwifarms. In 2023, a full year before this thread was even created, he also tried to bait his Discord into starting a Kiwifarms thread for what eventually became his opponent in this peculiar civil case.

He wouldn't directly say to put Lucas on Kiwifarms, no. He'd just repeatedly say things in closed chats like "I just know someone is going to put them on Kiwifarms one day" after raging about them endlessly nonstop and asking his friends to mass report their accounts (he's well aware this would cross the line directly into incitement & various other federal crimes, so he's trying to legally insulate his intentions). Put them on there for what Bernie, bothering you and nobody else? Kiwifarms is your personal army now? This fucking guy.

I understand the whole refusing to let them win thing, i really do, but idk if constantly replying to the retards that instigated this ordeal is good for your case once you get litigious. I obviously want internet communists to lose everytime anywhere at anything but idk if this is the hill to die on. Seems a little pointless because suing people is retarded and takes forever and other than winning a lawsuit i cant really see the end goal.

I believe the end goal is to expose the organized gang of suicide trolls which currently spans Kirtaner's network of bullshit, notorious thugs Neal Rauhauser, Thomas Schoenberger & Defango, cyber harlots like Libby Shaw and Laura Dilley, the people who had Issac Kappy & Stackz suicide-trolled to death, and even spills into the Stewanon universe.

But I don't believe Mr. Simulator has that much of it figured out yet. He'll get there eventually though, I think.

Not to defend the behavior displayed on there, but to live in USA of all places where all your info is sold to sites like white pages then threatening lawsuits over doxxing is laughable. If he just stopped giving the trolls attention they would have moved on by now, but he's only blowing everything out of proportion giving them more content.

There's some solution on github here and even has a GUI version here but not sure if it's worth even checking out, I'd wager that yt-dlp or even just installing the browser plugin VideoDownloadHelper would be sufficient to get the audio.
