I know it's trying to be disturbing, but all I can feel is just "meh". It doesn't shock or offend me, it just feels tryhardish.

In my opinion, the MLP:FIM fandom has been hoisted by it's own petard.

The problem is that their main credo of "love and accept" has become so dogmatic that fellow fans speaking out in perfectly justifiable constructive criticism are often verbally torn apart, just because they're not "accepting"enough. Add into that the fact that a lot of Bronies are at least part-time SJWS, and it rapidly becomes a situation where anyone is afraid to say anything neutral, much less negative about someone else's work. It makes an almost perfect breeding pit for shit like this.

I have to say, I take a delightful glee in that happening. I have no problem with people being into something they find enjoyable but I think it was a vehicle that allowed a lot of other wise dormant sick fucks to creep in and get some public time and get support for their efforts. I have a friend who's daughter is at the Pony age and I have shown my friend some of this stuff and he is horrified that gown men find this stuff sexually appealing and has had to be VERY careful when she want's to go online to look at MLP related stuff.
I mean it's a kid's show and toy line, and it's been hijacked by a bunch of quite disturbed individuals and a lot of kid's have seen stuff that should not be seen by any one let alone kid's.
