He must know that Chris going to Cons is a massive risk in terms of keeping Chris away from further potential trouble.
It makes more sense to me that were he to get a hired wrangler for con visits, it would be someone a lot more in control of the situation.
He also knows that a live stream or just a candid but not live stream of Chris mincing around a con would get clicks, watches, so will generate ad revenue and donations, so why wouldn’t he at least try to take advantage of that?
