I would expect the next team to come from Asia as there inevitably will be some Chinese car company that looks at F1 and thinks they really want a slice of that pie, ideally estabishing a very credible effort into proving themselves.
I can't wait for the Geely F1 team to hit the grid in 2030, only to spend the rest of the 2030s going full Toyota.

The dentist menace has moved to endurance racing, where they can pay 2 guys who know what they are doing to put them into a competetive position. Still, you'll likely see them as the first car out once the green drops because they forgot that they aren't the combination of Senna and Schumacher so the divebomb just ends with them in gravel.
Some are also decent drivers. Like Paolo Barilla the heir to the Italian Pasta company. He actually won the 24 hours of Le Mans back in the day and also got very good results in other endurance racing series. And those were cars without the elctronic gimmicks

So any guesses whos upgrades will be a hit? According to all the media I read Spa will be the point of no return. After that all teams will focus on 2026. I would assume Mclaren stays on top but the field will close up again and then it becomes a situational advantage or disadvantage
