I guess the idea is that while the main Battle Royale stuff gets a Teen rating, Epic wants to try and let kids play freely in some of the less violent creative maps that don't focus on combat. But that being said, how on earth is Epic determining which skins are appropriate and which are not? Here are a few examples I can personally see:
Deadpool has guns on the model and a gun in his lobby idle animation, so he's flagged, that's understandable. John Wick and Scuba Jonesy have guns in their lobby idle animations as well, but Wick is still considered acceptable. Wick and Jonesy don't have any actual weapons on their in-game models.
Most skins with holstered guns are flagged, but Ani Konda and Han Solo both clearly have guns on their model and they're still okay.
All three of these skins have visible bullets/shotgun shells hanging off of them, yet only the first one is okay.
Visible knife hanging off the chest? Perfectly fine. Two wrist blades? Cool. But a woman with TWO knives? Unacceptable.
Chris and Wrangler both have plenty of holsters, yet zero actual guns or knives on their model.
No weapons on either of these guys, but I guess they're just too spooky or something.
Seriously, I don't understand the criteria on how they're determining which items are and are not okay. If the rule is "no visible weapons on the skin", they're not enforcing this properly.
