I watched the first part of this stream with the other faggots in the call, the most notable part is when they press him on the Animal Crossing fart fetish shit before it eventually gets shifted to moral fagging about "they're siblings bro, why you drawing them like that?" and NOT the fact he's showing it to a bunch of other minors or the "plap list" comment.
There was also some issue about him in a server with this other cordtroon degenerate that gets brought up, but he claims he never knew about the shit this person did (won't be assed to go back and look since it's standard 'cordtroon drama).
Everyone in this call is insufferable and should eat a rail track.

EDIT: He says the reason he's keeping the second stream up (which is still up btw) is so it's used as a way to reflect what's been done and used as a way to gauge if what he's doing is retarded, but with the way he's been sperging at the chat I don't know if he meant it was for him to reflect on or for the people who's been in the stream chat. Frank would be the type of faggot to record people and upload it on his end as a way to fingerwag at people for not sucking his dick when he has a melty.

It sounds like he might be an IEP one-on-one, otherwise known as a paraprofessional. Those guys' whole job are basically to shadow a specific special needs kid all day and 'provide specialized support', aka tard wrangling for grade schoolers. Some districts cycle them around kids, some assign them long term to one student, but the overall goal remains the same, personalized tard management to keep the little Chris-Chans on task and completing school work. The federal govt maintains they all must be 'highly qualified', but I checked in Delaware and the only two requirements are either college experience (up to an Associate's), or and get this a high school diploma with a passing score on some ParaPro assessment. Basically, if Francis happened to take that assessment without blabbing about it online to anyone, he would be qualified to hold a position like this in the state of Delaware.

Now where this gets disturbing is that since paraprofessionals are shadowing a kid all day, they also have a bit of power over where that kid goes and what he/she does. Of course that kid needs to be in class and technically paras aren't supposed to be alone with kids since they don't have a license and need to be supervised by real teachers, in practice you can imagine that especially the paras assigned to sped kids end up taking them out alone all the time, it's just something that happens. Powerleveling a bit but I had them as a kid and yes I ended up alone with them on more than one occasion, it's not uncommon and I doubt the State of Delaware has the money or fucks to spare on that field. 'Oh he was getting overwhelmed and wanted to go for a walk' isn't something a lot of overworked public school teachers are going to give a shit about for example. If Francis' job is what I think it is, an unknowing school district has given him the power of God over some poor little autistic kid who has no idea who he's stuck with, and what we've seen of Francis indicates his understanding of social boundaries are really fucking poor at best.

I initially just tried digging through twitter, going through tweets and videos trying to find something that might lead me to it, and eventually I tried reverse image searching the art that Boing Bingus included in his post about him, and lo and behold, one of the results is a post from an account called "Little buddy 🔞", the post itself is deleted but I went to the handle in the link and it's clearly him
