For archival, use archive.is or ghostarchive.org. For Twitter specifically, use nitter.poast.org, although if you want to check someone's follow list, Nitter.lucabased.xyz is also pretty good.

I initially just tried digging through twitter, going through tweets and videos trying to find something that might lead me to it, and eventually I tried reverse image searching the art that Boing Bingus included in his post about him, and lo and behold, one of the results is a post from an account called "Little buddy 🔞", the post itself is deleted but I went to the handle in the link and it's clearly him
