Furries are responsible for so much horrific shit that I don't even know where to begin. Does that thing you like have animals in it? People might suspect that you could be a furry. Are you an animal lover who enjoys cute animal artworks? Furries invade and reside in places where shit like that is posted or talked about, like little homosexual landmines dotted among the countryside. Want to google image search photos of a cute animal or a cute animal cartoon? Hope you enjoy scrolling past artwork of foxes in fucking loaded diapers and some faggot's disgusting and nightmarish "original character". god I fucking hate furries.
 
Furries annoy me because you just know they don't actually give a shit about animals, given how common zoosadism is around those parts. Animals are, in a way, similar to children, in that they're innocent and lack the capability to defend themselves, and part of me thinks this is what allures so many furries. They get off & revel in the corruption of innocence, and they focus on animals because they know they're much easier to 'acquire' than children.

There is no arguing that this is a population with a lot of degenerates attracted to animals.

But beyond, this, I personally cannot stand the retardation of it all. I don't get role play, I don't find it fun, I don't find exciting, I find it cringe. I hate everything about it, the mimics, the costume, the voices etc...

I know there are many furries around here, and some help quite a bit with the gnarly side of their own community, so I don't want to shit on the whole bunch. But fuck, there is also a ton of retarded ones.

I instantly loose a little respect when I see someone PL what I consider to be a very very retarded fetish. I can respect a furry who does not feel the need to bring it up or talk about it 24/7

I once thought that the furry fandom was just a group of people who like anthropomorphism in fiction, with bad outliers like all others. I was so very, very naive.

It becomes increasingly obvious to me why some artists who create works with anthro or cartoon animals in it refuse to call themselves furries or to associate with the furry fandom.

I've watched, in real time, seemingly innocent/wholesome people get corrupted by associating with furries and other like scumbags.

Certain groups of people simply do not deserve the benefit of the doubt. Period. Fuck them.

This thread is better suited for Animal Control, but I understand your point. Anthropomorphic animals are cool and there's a reason humans have been giving human characteristics to non-human creatures since time immemorial. The oldest known human carving/figurine is of a man with a lion's head. It's one of the oldest, most tried-and-true creative tropes there is and I suspect there's a built-in mechanism for it in the human psyche. It's entirely possible to be a huge fan of anthropomorphism as a creative tool and not be a furfag or identify with the fandom at all. There's 'fans of anthropomorphism' and then there's furries.

The fandom itself definitely appears to have taken a nosedive in quality over the past decade or so (even though it didn't really have all that great of a start to begin with) but interestingly, it seems to be fracturing quite severely with the 'less' degenerate (or at least more 'sensible' ones) retreating into their own, smaller, private circles.

Not even really talking about anthropomorphic animals though just anything animal related on the internet, I constantly run across furry art peppered in amongst any type of animal pics sometimes (mostly artworks) and turning on safe search only blocks out (most...) of the overtly sexual content but some stuff you can look at and just know it is drawn by someone who wants to fuck animals and that makes me just as irritable. mainly they ruin stuff that is SUPPOSED to be cute and would be if they didnt exist, as the average internet user can't even look at a cute animaldrawing without the thought that it may have been drawn by some animal fucking faggot chilling in the back of their mind. hence the thread title

Furries have not been dethroned by trannies, they are the trannies. The crossover is insane in its magnitude. Both ftm and mtf trannies, mostly the latter. Check out animal control's thread on the Korps cultists just as a singular example of a group full of these people. While furries have yet to be openly admitted by either political party I see it only as a matter of time.

One million times this. There is a massive overlap between furries and transgenders that they are viewed as sacred cows amongst the fandom. You could be basic bitch gay, lesbian, or bisexual, but the community swears fealty to the troons amongst them, and there is no wiggle room. You ever express even a mild criticism of troons on social media as a furry and you are excommunicated like a heretic amongst Christians. Which is ironic since the fandom is founded on Christophobia.
