wait a minute. @DrJonesHat remember you said that you would nuke his wiki? I think your wish is gonna be a reality. Geth just said that he's petitioned wikia to take down Moley's wiki. This is gonna be interesting. Moley and his buddies better download that XML file before it gets nuked.

Since it isn't dead yet, I don;t think Wikia's gonna do it this time, but if he sneaks back for the tenth time, they might just decide to burn it down.
Wikia REALLY hates to kill off wikis unless
(A) They get a legal notice.
(B) This wiki is massive rule violation just for existing.
(C) They have to put up with so much shit from its community they finally snap and decide good riddance to bad rubbish.
The last one is not as likely as it seems, as the wiki is fairly low traffic and aside from Moleman being too stupid to accept no means no, it's otherwise not causing too many problems.
However, if he keeps testing Wikia's patience, they may just decide to punish him with a wiki deletion if he tries to do something like avoid an IP block.
Based on his comment before Geth tipped off Wikia to his ninth ban account, they did IP block him, but their rebranding messed it up (his claim), or, more likely, his IP address changed.
Since they know he was supposed to be IP blocked and evaded due to an IP issue, they likely re-added the block to the new IP, so unless he starts dodging IP blocks in his desire to be a belligerent autist, I doubt they'll burn his shit to the ground just yet, it just depends on how much of a recurrent pain in the ass he makes of himself.

Just here to confirm he was banned for the tenth time, evading an IP block. Wikia was not amused by his nonsense in the slightest.
He then tried harassing me via private messages about it on Deviantart a short while afterwards, but I reported his nonsense and blocked his main account and a sock account he used to keep going.
He seems to think I'm in cahoots with certain members of /cow/, which, I will confirm here, I am not. I've spoken with them from time to time on their IRC channel, especially about the stupid lolcow crap I've had to deal with, but I have no part in nor sanction/support anything they do to screw with him, anything they do is of their own initiative.
My only interest in keeping him off Wikia is to make sure he obeys their rules, and as I stated in a blog post I wrote, he's a chronic troublemaker, Wikia doesn't want him back, and I will do what I can to assist them in making that stick.

I administrate the Wikia fork of All The Tropes. Unfortunately, troping sites are a lolcow magnet, and while I do get some fine editors, as many on this forum have noted in the past, I attract some people whose autism vastly exceeds their common sense.
And, since many of those same people are either banned from TV Tropes for making fools of themselves or people from the Villains Wikia trying to continue their battles over the Complete Monster trope on my wiki, I have to deal with a lot of lolcows.

I can provide an update on this. DA Staff have not chosen to go that far, since I blocked him and his sock account immediately and he got the hint to not try again, so they advised I continue doing just that, which I plan to do.

Frankly, I'm not optimistic.
If he were stripped of possibly anything he might ever enjoy, left penniless, and had to result to begging just to survive, it just might humble his spirit enough to realize he's not owed the world.
Otherwise, I doubt it.
