Since the matter is now officially over as far as I know, Moleman made a reappearance on ATT, and in the process destroyed himself with no help from anyone:

Discussing your public actions on a public fora is not a crime. Neither is
helping Wikia Staff enforce the rules, the latter act is something they
have even thanked me for.
And furthermore, I made no secret of anything I did and I will not bury
this communication either.
The matter should have ended once we blocked you again on ATT, but you were
the one who chose to contact me to complain even though the situation was
resolved.
So no, not only will I NOT cease anything I've done, if I find you on Wikia
again, I will report you as many times as is necessary to help Wikia Staff
enforce the rules, which you are not above.
Please do not continue to harass me.
Just a little something I want to add for Moleman, since I now know Moleman reads here:
My discussion of previous encounters with you here was immaterial to your current situation, and because I didn't want to prejudice you in front of my fellow administrators, I never brought the subject up in the first place, yet it seems you are clearly ungrateful I showed you such courtesy.

As soon as I realized it was Moleman, I resolved to restrict myself to the bare minimum necessary to explain myself, hence why I kept my conversation about our interactions strictly limited to our interactions on Wikia, why even Wikia staff was happy to be rid of him, and why he pursued me to ATT Miraheze to badger me about it. I did this so as to not prejudice my fellow admins concerning him, and it should be noted they pointedly refused to check his ED page or any other external sources to my knowledge, which I never brought up (save in the screencap of the conversations where I said I would not factor that in to my own determinations of his behavior onsite). Since accusations had been leveled I was incapable of being impartial, I did all this to prove otherwise.
The minute I even bothered to reveal the absolute minimum information I had to reveal to clarify what our past interactions referred to, Moleman immediately tried to disappear the evidence because it made him look bad, and immediately made sure all the other administrators who were on the fence sided against him.
Given this, he could have stood a decent chance of being given some level of consideration had he just decided to rein in his natural impulse to "Stalinize" the conversation, to quote LT on the matter, and I would have not intervened had they chosen to do so.
