@GethN7 I don't really follow Wikis much, can you explain why he has such a hard-on for being on Wikia specfically? He's got enough technical know-how to set up his own server running Wiki software and he can be lord of his own manor. Is it just because Wikia has name recognition? Read a book on SEO and there you go.

EDIT: For some reason, I pictured you writing that email while smoking a pipe and wearing a sweater vest over a button-shirt like a dad in a '50 sitcom. I draw no conclusions from this.

I'm guessing he never got told no about anything that mattered to him. He's an utter asshole, and from what I understand, it runs in the family. Dave Navarro is also an asshole, and maybe that rubbed off onto Gabe.

This fool does not seem to understand that he's threatening and trying to extort me into doing what he wants, therefore I'm not legally bound to keep this to myself, since I'm doing something absolutely lawful, he isn't, yet he thinks he can order me to stop when Wikia clearly agrees he's the miscreant here.

I've also tacked this onto the report I sent Wikia, with a request to burn that wiki he socks to get back on to ashes to prevent more harassment.

I can already see that you have blatantly disregarded these terms with the previous message by posting it on Kiwi Farms, which as I have established before, is a malicious site, and blatantly-so: it is implausible for you to be unaware of its nature. Your continued uses of it to share these conversations constitute outright and deliberate acts of cyberbullying.

I was globally banned from Wikia as a direct result of YOUR inaccurate reports made on behalf of a literal cyber-terrorist whose account in question and all her others, including the one whose "tip" you just now followed, were and remain evasions of global bans incurred for her vicious cross-site serial harassment of me. You claim to feel that it is your duty to blindly report all "ban-evasion" and rule-breaking, yet to this very day, you have taken literally NO action against Giovanna, whom it is apparent you have sided and continue to side with against me, the victim of her long-term targeted harassment.

You are harassing me. My sole demand of you, which is the end to which any and all "harassment"-resembling statements being made on my part at this time are made towards, is that you stop doing so, and I have every moral, legal and ethical right to be making it given your unambiguous, aggressive antagonism to the end of actively interfering with my harmless activity with zero instigative action having taken place on my part towards you.

so this means we have two wikia ban evaders to deal with? i can get used to this.
 
He doesn't know shit about harassment other than dishing it out. Also, he's got the logical fallacy that a lot of scofflaws have. Person A is doing the same thing that I'm doing and they haven't been punished, therefore I shouldn't be either. Not all thieves are caught and punished, that doesn't mean we don't punish the thieves we do catch.

He really doesn't get that Wikia can ban anyone for any reason and there's nothing he can do about it. I'll feel bad for him since he's wasting effort for nothing, but he's such an asshole, I have no sympathy.

This is fascinating from an abnormal psychology standpoint. Maybe Wikia should send a C&D letter like Null did to that one guy who got banhammered multiple times. Oh, Gabe would ignore it, but the ensuing fallout would be glorious.

Asked Wikia about it when Nate Spidgewood did similar dumb stuff, those are kinda toothless unless he commits a serious crime (like tries to hack them, steals private information, sends them explicit death threats with clear intent to carry them out, etc.). Otherwise, no court will reasonably grant such things.
